Finally, been waiting so long for this to be continued. Its a great reincarnation story, good character development and an interesting world. It's been too long, can't wait to finish it

I love this book....while it is similar to Charismatic Charlie Wade, it unravels more about Samuel hence the suspense never ends
I need to talk about pacing because this author understands something most writers don't: tension doesn't come from action, it comes from silence. The chapter opens with a phone call—casual, domestic, almost boring. Lin Xi chattering about Wen Yunsheng's brother, the workaholic who hardly comes home. Normal conversation. Then Wen Yunsheng walks out of the bathroom, looks up the stairs, and BOOM. Eye contact. The entire tone shifts in one sentence. 'Her smile froze on her face.' That's it. No explosion, no drama, just the sudden awareness that the person she's been avoiding is standing ten feet away. The structure of these chapters is built on these micro-collisions. Kitchen encounter. Elevator encounter. Family dinner encounter. Each one escalates slightly, each one strips away another layer of their carefully maintained distance. And the author never rushes any of it. Wen Yunsheng takes her time eating wontons. She deliberately moves slowly through the family greetings. She lets the silence stretch. The pacing mirrors her internal state—hesitant, circling, never quite committing to confrontation or resolution. The interview scene is a masterclass in controlled disappointment. We know from the girl in the waiting room that the spot is already taken. The author doesn't hide it. We watch Wen Yunsheng walk in anyway, give her all, and get the polite corporate brush-off. The tension isn't 'will she get the job?' It's 'how will she handle losing while also having to pretend she doesn't know the man who might have saved her if she'd just let him?' And then the family dinner. The chapter doesn't end with a resolution. It ends with Qin Yanchuan reminding her, cold and precise, that she said she didn't know him. The hook isn't dramatic. It's devastating in its simplicity.
Awesome thou there are some mis-spelled, wrong grammar and name confusing. I enjoy reading it
