At the moment really like it how it goes
The stakes in this section are INSANE and I need to talk about why. On the surface, it's a divorce drama—right? Two people splitting assets after fifteen years. But the author keeps raising the temperature. First it's the emotional betrayal (the child, the other woman). Then it's the financial manipulation (Fu Yanci using the Shen family's reputation to climb). Then it's the legal threat (Mu Huaixu warning her that Fu Yanci won't agree to a smooth divorce). And underneath ALL of that is this simmering danger—Fu Yanci's final monologue where he basically says he'll never let her go? That's not romantic, that's a THREAT. The internal conflict for Shen Shuli is equally brutal: she wants to leave, but she also doesn't want to destroy him completely. She's a lawyer who knows exactly how to win this, but she REFUSES to play that way. That tension between what she COULD do and what she WILL do is what makes every scene pulse with energy. And Mu Huaixu? He's the outside force that raises the stakes even higher—his involvement means this is no longer just a messy divorce, it's a power struggle between two corporations, two families, two men who both want her in completely different ways. The suspense here is relentless.
So far it’s good. My biggest complaint is cost of reading 1 book. I could own several books at this cost.

its great. just that it asks a lot of coins to open one chapter compared to other book. how do you pay 50 coins for only one chapter surely
so realistic and immersive that I couldn't put the story down
I love how the story did not take long with many chapters to get it ended ❤️ straight to the point without going in circles. Also, it made me in love again and again.
