Sci-fi settings aren't something I'm familiar with, nonetheless, the book doesn't fail to reel me in. The comedic aspects are entertaining and the world is fascinating. The writing gets a little windy at times but it doesn't dampen my experience. I have faith that the author can achieve something great.
The grammar is a little poor yet tolerable, they say a few things on what the character looks like, for world building they say the they building yet never go over the background. For people who have never been there it's hard to picture the surroundings with little detail about it. Other than that the MC has no goals let alone a end goal.

I really enjoy this type of genre normally but I just couldn't read further. The chapters are littered with spelling mistakes, the dialogue seem forced and unrealistic and the pace is through the roof. I really wanted to keep reading but the writing quality is not good. 5/5 for updating stability though.

I really don't have a thing about perfection, but hey it suits the story very well and you really did it. Not like it's totally flawless but I just can't give you less.. I.. I just can't. I really liked this book when it first came out till no more chapters came out!! I dont get y u would start to write then stop!! I was looking forward to more chapters but I guess its not going to happen!!
Okay, can we just talk about Wen Che and Wen Lan for a second? Because this sibling dynamic is genuinely one of the best things in the book and I need to process it. The moment that hit me the hardest was when Wen Che says, "I have to protect my sister myself." Like, he's literally standing up to his entire team, including his captain, just to keep his sister safe. And earlier when he tells her, "I won't let anyone drive you away again" — you can feel the weight of that. He lost her once before, and he's not losing her again. That line about the zombie corpses outside, the energy pearls, and Wen Lan thinking about it while her brother is trying to get her to rest? She's so excited about this discovery but she can't even tell him about the pregnancy yet. The emotional complexity here is insane. And then there's Su Han. I know he's basically the mysterious captain figure, but the way he watches Wen Lan... "She had the distinct feeling of being locked onto by a predator." That scene where he notices her abdomen and his eyes flash with shock? I literally gasped. What does he know? What is he sensing? The tension between his psychic ability and her secret pregnancy is building something I can't quite put my finger on yet, and I am HERE for it. The music scene at the end though — when the babies react to the song and Wen Lan asks to change it, and Su Han just... does it without question? That's subtle but it's also kind of tender in a really understated way. He's paying attention to her in a way that feels significant. I'm not ready to name the ship yet but my heart is already involved.
