Really addictive reading. It pisses me off to see a work of such high quality not get many views, while complete crap novels get so many just for including a system. This is a great read, and more people should check this out. Really have to feel for the young protagonist. He is a magnet for suffering. Great lively opening too, with the kid's village getting decimated. Well written, perfect pacing and fantastic world building. A top tier web fiction for sure.
It's a good novel with potential. Mc may seem a loner type at start due to betrayal but he is still kind with his old friends such as dolly. Although not much advantages are shown from his past life, he has a OP weapon, a good brain and fight scenes are good. Though I hope to see some of his past experiences such as fighting experience of the past being highlighted..because somewhere it seems as if the mc is only relying on status, skill and moves he got from system along with the meticulous mind. This much can be done by any good gamer so I'd hope he shows us some advantage being from the past. The good thing is he is levels above anybody, and made good use of past events. His character is good so far. World background is also good. Updating stability doesn't matter to me, as long as there are enough chaps I can eat them all the same. So overall it deserve 5 stars. Not every novel is perfect but I see many reviewers give 5 stars to trash novels in majority so if I had a choice I would give stars more than 5. Real life and game life is pretty balanced. There was a time when MC's father said his mother will be talking to him tommorow, but after so many chaps it seems this matter is forgotten along with the investigator he sent to investigate his parents' situation but I believe we will get clue regarding them in future chaps. I love how mc solo hunted a dungeon at insane hard level and showed off near everyone while wearing wolf mask. Id hope to see some show off scenes like this again. Very good game novel, but slow development is just garnering more potential in it. Patient readers like me enjoy this novel.
one of the best novel ever. the dialogues are incredible, the story reaches you spiritually, sexually and mentally.. it's just amazing. the author knows to surprise you and make you laugh like the silliest kid in the park. it's just great, and even beyond that. (these are just based off the first 10 chapters, how great are the next ones?)

Good read, the first chapter was good and the author did a good job with the introduction, I love a story when it is about war, it kinda gives you many ideas about an epic scene. Overall, not a bad novel. Great job!

This book is really is great overall. i definitely recommend it. Just a bit sad about the ending I feel like the author could have kept going and that 70 chapters is too little for this amazing book.
Don't read it if you are Japanese or Korean, you'll have to get past a lot, A LOT, of undeserving hatred. Not sure which other nationalities the author goes for after chapter 660.
It was a fun read at the beginning. Fun power system, reasonable and relatable MC, satisfying story arcs. Then baam, the author goes nuts. It was so heartbreaking to see a story you enjoy go 'Phantom Menace' on your bottom.
The author makes a point of going out his way, forcing situations where foreigners are bad and jealous of the MC and deserve righteous face smacking while people all over China cheer for him. Not the tritors though. You know, people who like anything non-chinese? They soon get what they deserve.
I laughed most of the times when things like this came out. Maybe because I 'm not from a country author tries to bash. We have an MC whose power and fame starts off with publishing various literature stuff he basically plagiarised (some from other foreigners that author hates) and the author is actually shameless enough to narrate the story in such a righteous tone that I cringed when I wasn't laughing. Dude, your main character isn't the genius you try to write him as nor is he better than the strawman foreigners who had actually put in real effort to better themselves. Your MC literally plagiarises the works of other great people that your power system made disappear. Your MC plagiarised Snow-white and later on you make him show off before Americans. I laughed, a lot, at the MC. It felt like the author actually turn off parts of his memories while writing some of the arcs.
Let me give you a fake example which can easily fit inside this story.
A Japanese reknowned poet will come to visit a Chinese university. He will be lecturing some stuff and sneering and spitting snarky remarks at the Chinese students, calling them less-them-genious and stuff. The foreign students would laugh along with some traitors. The Chinese students would get angry and shout and grind their teeth but what can they do right? Some will post the video on social media and Chinese people would get upset and stuff and call for justice but the reknowned poet would post something more infuriating. Then the Chinese celebraty MC would call for a duel, learn Japanese ancient masterful long lost poetry in a second through the system, face smack him, give a righteous lecture of how Japanese people are waste. The Chinese people will shed tear in their greatness, and face smack the foreigners again because they are great. The 'traitor fan girls' would call for MC's arrest, MC will get arrested, plagiarise a long lost poem of how prison can't hold the awesomeness of a true Chinese and people will lose their mind at his awesomeness. Some fan girls will convert and the rest will get a face smack and MC will be released and of to stealing more stuff. While at it, maybe destroy the Japan economy too, just for the sake of it.
I'm not being fair. The real arcs are way more detailed and way worse. Author narrates in a way that feels like he's expecting the readers to bask in awe with MC Literacy prowess even though we know where it came from. Instant powerups with no real effort. None. Any other stories of power system at least makes an effort on top of having an op system. I would be ok with that if not for the self oblivious hypocritical story arcs.
I still read it though.

I do not usually give good reviews here on Webnovel, but this story seems to demand it. First this is a story about a guy who transmigrates to a world in an intergalactic cultivation empire far away from our own galaxy. During his transmigration he is given the obligatory gold-finger in the form of a 'system' that helps him to learn and modify cultivation techniques. This gold-finger is rather lackluster when compared with other MC's but it is still very powerful. Different from other MC's he does not instantly gain power or understanding but builds up a foundation for his life in his new world.
Realism for a cultivation novel, this is highly realistic in how things might happen given both his advantages and disadvantages. The characters are not the cookie cutter type stereotypical characters. The MC actually behaves like an adult and has somewhat adult like reactions to his encounters. This is not a situation where there is a quick road to power, but a steady climb in being able to grow at an accelerating pace as he is more able to utilize his 'cheats' without endangering himself or those he cares for.
The world building seems to be a large step up from those that are typical of cultivation novels. I also have nothing bad to say about the translation. Overall while I would not score this as a 5/5 for personal reading, I have to when I relate to the bloated scores that I find on Webnovel.
