Unlike what is mainstream wuxia novels, my protagonist has no cheats, just luck, talent, and a penchant for hardwork. This is a story to show that you don't need heaven defying talents or and old man in a ring or a treasure in your soul to be powerful. You can get there just by the strength of your heart. And unlike my other novels Alex is not an anti hero, he's a typical underdog.

I seem to have missed the attempted comedy tag on this novel.
System/game stories are not my thing but this was pretty good! Sage is a very relatable character that the audience can easily sympathize with. I like how the author describes actions in this story. The part I didn't like was when the author would put text in [* I don't mind sound effects or noises being written like that but sometimes the author would write stuff like [*busy*]. It doesn't make sense to me and there were also a few grammatical issues. However, the rest of the story was pretty good!
I really love the story. Can't wait to see how the rest of the story unfolds. Agnes was such an angel, it is a shame but I'd love to see how the narrator survives without her.
