For anyone who is from the south or has experienced southern culture, you will relate to the mc. He is a principled, family driven, and responsible black man. That is the best way to describe him without spoiling. His powers only allowed him to better act upon those traits. The writing quality is great. The character interactions are always a great thing to read. They feel like family. I love this book and I suggest you give it a chance.Warning: you will learn some southern slang reading this ?
It's very interesting finding something like this. Used to the guys having this kind of system and not girls. So, it's refreshing. Give me some guys, been looking forward to that.

This is one of my favorite novels in my library. It’s not too fast paced but it’s not slow either. The author updates regularly which is super nice. I love how although the FL is staged as omnipotent but she isn’t and this book shows her flaws which is refreshing. I also enjoy how the surrounding characters in this book have depth. Currently the FL is 10 so it’ll be interesting how she develops in the future. I’m excited.
