It's a slow-paced, slice-of-life, system novel that's somewhat cooking-centric since the MC hails from a family of chefs but also incorporates things outside of cooking (look at title). The MC is also hardworking, and the system isn't that big of a cheat. If you're looking for a fast-paced novel and an OP MC that quickly conquers the entire world's taste buds, then this isn't for you.
I really hope that this will be accepted into the voting pool because everything about this novel just fits my reading preferences. I don't want it to get removed like Plague Doctor (which I also really liked).
It's been 7 fricking months dude bring it back already. I don't even know how this wasn't chosen during the first voting session but if I remember correctly it wasn't given the same time in voting pool as the other novels.
It gives me the vibes of "Reincarnation of the strongest sword god". Perhaps it was inspired by it, but I hope it will not turn into the loop of ever-stronger guilds to fight...
So far it gives me a lot of hope for a good long successful novel that would be one of the best of the mmorpg genre novels.
Slight critique is that the world building feels slightly rushed, but if that means the novel will not be too slow paced and kills the interest of impatient readers like myself, so be it.
