The ending was a little rushed. However overall the story and the character development was pretty good. My only complaints are that the main character and his female lead was misgenderer often.
The beginning was badly executed. I wanted to drop this due to the frustration but it does quickly get better and got readers hooked. If you read 'Yankee Wa Isekai De Seirei Ni' in a way it's similar but instead of a pipe, it's a shovel.--The script changes. Every Arc doesn't connect, clearly not a well-thought story. --His abilities weren't well explored or explained.This could had surpassed Trash Of The Count Family if it was rewritten and polished.--I love the MC eccentric personality. He just does things on a whim not caring about the consequences but still super-effective lol. I hate how some characters were discarded but at least Gril and former Count followed him.---The characters that come up feel real though do need work---*I really hope there's Romance with the 'Main Heroine'. Honestly although MC is compatible with Alice, you can tell she's into the elder brother (not really well written) I still prefer Charlotte the best though! Yes, this story has a lot of flaws but it's fun to read. I still want to see this Translated as it's been on hold on NU for a long time and I'd like to get this story over with. Honestly, I couldn't think of more pros to add lol
First off, I wanna say that the grammar is good! There are some misses here and there but they don't really affect reading experience.Now for the story. I quite like the slow burn romance on this one. The MC and the FL are well defined imo. Sure this might be kinda slow to some but I like the pacing very much.Finally, I just want to laugh at the people complaining that the MC is a wimp. It makes sense that someone'll be disoriented if they suddenly get placed in an environment they're not used to. Plus at the later chapters, after he fully acclimatized to his new environment, well let's just say that the Princess isn't teasing him anymore, or can't rather :)Overall, good stuff
I fell in love with this novel at first sight it managed to Ignite the flame I have for football again after years of it being extinguished. But the author just ruined it with the pedophile relationship. The MC was going to adopt the the girl as his daughter who later on became his wife. While he had a perfectly good woman who was beautiful, his age, and cared for him. But nope the 13 yo girl became his wife... That alone ruined the novel for me
Okay, so let me just say—this plot twist of having the protagonist wake up already married to the guy she accidentally drugged? That is BRILLIANT. Most transmigration stories start with the MC having some grand plan or golden finger, but here? She wakes up in a body that's dark, ugly, and already stuck with a husband who despises her. The setup is so much more interesting than the typical formula. What I love is how the author builds tension through the wedding day itself. The whole scene where the Xu family confronts the Zhou family in the courtyard—Zhang Tianfu's betrayal, the mockery about her appearance, the near-fight—this is where the plot really kicks into gear. And then Zhou Yue's line, "I married you only to take responsibility. Don't think about anything else," just absolutely crushed me. Not because it's cruel, but because it sets up this whole dynamic where both of them are trapped. The pacing is also really well done. The wedding, the first night, the next morning—all compressed into a few chapters but each moment feels earned. And that detail where Zhou Yue returns to the military base and his whole regiment finds out? That's a great way to show the consequences of this decision rippling outward. The plot doesn't just stay in the household; it expands into the military world too. Can't wait to see where this goes.

I just finished reading chapters 14-20 in one sitting and I genuinely cannot explain the pacing. The author has this incredible ability to shift tones without any jarring transitions. It starts with the bathroom scene — which could have been awkward or crude, but instead it's almost tender. Song Tingyue's rough practical care (cigarette filters, toilet paper, standing guard) contrasts with Wen Jianing's internal realization about their past dynamic. It's funny, slightly embarrassing, but also quietly intimate. Then it moves to the mess hall and the energy shifts completely — now there's social tension, the stares of the soldiers, the heat, the discomfort. And right when you think it's going to stay tense, Song Tingyue shuts it down with this over-the-top punishment of the recruit, which is both hilarious and reveals his protective instincts. The pacing of the emotional beats is what really impresses me though. The hand-reach moment — she lifts her hand, remembers herself, pulls back — happens in the middle of the mess hall scene like a tiny earthquake in slow motion. Then later, the choking on water scene escalates from comedic to physically intimate in about three paragraphs. And then back to his gruff 'Don't waste food' threat which deflates the tension perfectly. The chapter ends on this almost dreamy note with the notebook and the sunlight, which is such a gentle landing after all that emotional turbulence. It's like the chapter takes you on a rollercoaster and then gently sets you down. I went from laughing to gasping to feeling warm and fuzzy, all in one sitting. That's skillful pacing.
Im tired of this book rating palava.. Is there any problem with all the money spent. If I don’t like the book, I won’t continue reading it! I can rate it when I’m done. Don’t like this delaying tactics. I’m getting really unhappy about this.
It was a good story that didn't seem fake like most stories you read now days.
