The only thing I liked about this novel is the few chapters of 2018 Renzi an 2028 Xiaoshan. After that it just makes me wanna hit Renzi in the head to see if it could fix his brain.

Ok, so…Two chapters in and I’m in confusion.In chapter one she says her parents were crying for her dead ass.Then in chapter two she said that she had seen them die one by one or something like that…vvvvvvSu Yayan watched as hermother cried with anguish andcursed the heavens so manicallythat she almost fainted. Her fatherseemed to have aged a dozen yearsin an instant. The man was alreadytired and haggard but forcedhimself to hold everything togetherat that moment. while her olderbrother with bloodshot eyes did hisbest to comfort her parents.And then second chapter.vvvvvvvvvvvShe went back! She wentback to the time when she was stillalive! She went back to beforeshe became a burden to her mom,dad, and brother; before she causedthem to die one by one! They wereall still alive!Someone tell me I was reading too fast and skipped some vital info, cause the math ain’t mathin’.
It's good, and definitely worth a read... Will I pay for it when it goes behind a paywall? Yes! I will, atleast for what I have read so far, I would do that...
I will give 5 stars overall because the concept of the story is really good and the plot is very entertaining. I really like the flow of the MC not to be condecending of his power just remaining inscopicous is really good. I really like for this story to continue.

This book is scary. The entire book has a premise: we have a character within a setting. However the author describes the scenario too lazily to talk about irrelevant techniques and irrelevant villains. The truth is, there is no scenario, it's just a demonic fantasy and he's in cultivation detour. A tragedy without a doubt.
Its a real shame that this books translation Takes a huge dive the moment you get to the paid chapters. Dont waste your time here once you get to the paid chapters names staRt changing from sentence to sentence it really makes it difficult to folloW
I expected his sister to be more reliable and proactive rather than a background character. But apart from the start of the story and the constant reminder from the text that ”his sister is smart”, she always seems like a rabid dog that her brother needs to reign in from time to time.
Tl;dr. Not really bad but not really good. Don’t expect it to be amazing.

Why you should read this :
I feel the story is rock solid, made entertaining and feels good to read, because it's full of badass moments and very consistent character development of our heroes and adversaries as well.
The initial system doesn't turn out to be in every arc or chapter, which I am quite glad for. Also enemies aren't stomped with cheats.
I can say 100%, the story improves with each arc.
Why you might not want to continue reading this :
Consistent translations mistakes from chapter 118 until around chapter 700? or so. The translators upped their game after that.
Early story arcs "feel random", because the main character, Lin Feng, hasn't truly embraced the quest of the system.
Thought, later, after putting his life on the line for one of his disciples, he finds the resolve within himself to try and complete the system quest.
