Only 2 chapters in and we find that Ice has betrayed Fire. Surprise!! This dumb dragon is so sore and resentful that he holds on through time and space to immediately bless his remaining power upon the loser MC who similarly has been abandoned by another chick.I already find that betrayal by a woman is the stupidest and most tired cliche of these novels. If a woman can motivate you that hard to be heaven-defying then maybe she should be the main character. But a story erected around 2 losers joining forces to prove their self-worth to a woman is just flaccid frottage.I'll put my 40 in but this is a lame - yes, limp - start.

The story is great, not cliche like most of the Chinese novels with the constant face slapping that happens each chapter. No crappy auction arcs or saving an old man that is actually influential or anything, no immortal cultivation bull****, just magic and qi. and the mc is actually kinda smart and doesn't make enemies left and right. It's just sad that there are only 60 chapters.

I gave such a low score because suddenly am tossed into dbz Universe and since i read some n watch some dbd so i understood a lik bit of this but otherwise Fresh people who havent wAtched or Read any dbz have no clue Who is who because their was no world building and i dont even know who the mc is oR his story because their was no character build. The fight scene also was written cheaply got to aDd some more into it but its underStanable since your knew nice try? like they say all writers begin small good luck On your quest for greatness ?
This story sat untouched in my library for a week before I actually read it. It was only when I had no more road to go that I chose this. To gather enough will to read it, I even told myself that for many interesting synopsis, the only part interesting was the synopsis and I had learned the lesson the hard way. But boy I was in for a world of surprises the instant I begin my journey. How many chapters was this then. I read through all in one go, sacrificing a lot of sleep time.I won't say anything detailed about the story and intrude on others' fun. Well it basically about how Danika enjoys her game and equally, her life. Here the balance about game and life is done really well I think. And our author is a generous one. At least a chapter is released at the same time every day. Sometimes there is an extra chapter at night around the same hour. So no need to worry about withdrawal symptoms. Just go ahead and read boldly. Well besides the main story, the side stories will show you about the trivial matters about the characters' detailed thoughts not present in the main story and how extra characters see and feel.
Seeing as some are off-put by the MC's choice of weaponry, I'll address that with the fact that the System forces Somatics to have massive drawbacks on their chosen Manifest or power/weaponry. Having a broken ability from the get-got will result in an error in the System, and getting around is too much trouble than it is currently worth. As for the issue of death, such is addressed in future chapters. In terms of having guns in fantasy settings, the wider world already has them. Granted, they're primitive and work in a different way, but they're already being used by some characters in the setting.In terms of strength, the MC has the ability to highly specialize in whatever limited power he has. He just has to level up, navigate the System (and maybe use an exploit or two to break the already fragile System) to get the Quirks he needs to be ridiculously busted. Besides, he won't be alone.So... that's all. Look out for future Supplemental Chapters. Guidance can better explain all this stuff.
