"Well, well, well," he said. "These the Sagardians plans, I wonder what they're up to,"
"What is it about, then?" Annabeth says, her face twitching again at the obvious ploy, but biting it anyway because Amirah would most likely ignore her if Annabeth persists to ignore the action.
I just finished chapters 8 through 10 and I need a minute because the author does not waste time. Chapter 8 is basically one long arrival scene — Qiao Yu gets off the boat, sees Gu Shaoyuan training, they meet under a tree, he gives her the tour of the family quarters, meets his mom, gets shown to her room, and then she discovers her Spatial Dimension with the Spirit Spring. That's a LOT for one chapter but it never felt rushed because each beat has a different emotional texture. The training scene is intimidating, the tree meeting is awkward-flustered, the mom scene is warm, and the Spatial Dimension reveal is pure wonder. Chapter 9 pivots hard into conflict with Liu Cuicui's introduction. The rebirth backstory drops in a single flowing paragraph — we learn she died on the streets, Gu Shaoyuan never married, and she's determined to change her fate. Then she tries to insert herself between them at dinner and fails immediately. The chapter ends with Gu Ling confronting Qiao Yu, which sets up Chapter 10 perfectly. Chapter 10 resolves the Gu Ling conflict quickly (Qiao Yu shuts her down, done) and introduces the father figure Gu Jianhua, who adds family history and warmth. The chapter closes on a domestic note — eating together, the mother apologizing for the simple food. It's a gentle landing after the tension of the previous chapters. The pacing rhythm here is: tension → conflict → resolution → warmth. That's a healthy cycle. Some web novels drag out the first meeting for twenty chapters. This one has them meet, have family drama, and share a meal all within three chapters. I'm here for it.
"Already… there," I gasped.

Now, 100 years later, it seems as though the war will soon come to a close. Eight of the 10 families have surrendered and the only ones remaining are the Ha family and the Khun family.
Ancellea knocked on the tree, "This looks like a baby redwood?" she said. Jessica Responded "No way a whole forest of them! Redwoods are the tallest trees in the world!". Foster pointed at a weird creature with wings, it was as long as his hand. Ancellea turned and exalted "No way, a fairy! We must be in a spell!". The fairy nodded her little head and calmly answered "Yes, this was a spell by my doing, I am Lorella. I turned your room door into a portal to the past ,only you can open this portal, Ancella. The key is your thought of mind if you think of this place while you enter, the portal will bring you here." Ancellea jumped and cheered "They exist! They really do exist!" They all smiled until they remembered the program.
Sirzechs and co face become pale after seeing her act. They thought that she might just offend them but Irene only gave her a teasing grin much to Serafall annoyance and the others bafflement.
This woman is Leonardo Da Vinci but she prefers to be called Da Vinci-chan instead of her full name.

The ground trembles as the Virgins rose from the Earth itself. But before that happens, the Ogre counters by whacking or should I say biting their heads off one by one (He seems to be enjoying it). But I can't see clearly what's going on, Its still dark.
