Отличное чтиво, я действительно застрял в личности главного героя. Удивительно, что автор смог сделать всего за тридцать глав. Рекомендую, было бы неплохо, если бы у вас было больше глав выпущен для чтения. хорошо
I'm disappointed. I Read until Chapter 165 but become so bored of the story developed... There were few Dialogue and so slowwww? I like the story lbut this is not my Cup of tea. ...? ... ... .. .F. .. D. DD. D. .d. D
have absolutely LOVED this book but i must admit ia incredibly frustrating when we only get tiny and brief chapter updates at the rate of ONE per day. makes me wanna give up on it and keep up with my other books in my library. dearest author- PLEASE do better. your readers count on you ...
I'm going to be honest with you—the pacing in these chapters is genuinely masterful and I want to dissect why. It starts before dawn with Lin Yue already working, and that immediately sets a tone of urgency. She's not sleeping in; she's already three basins deep in liangfen production. The chapter then cuts to the Gu family household, and this is where it gets clever. We're getting the antagonist's perspective at the exact moment they're formulating their competitive response. Gu Dafu deciding to take his tofu to the market specifically to compete with Lin Yue? That's not just character development—that's plot propulsion. The author could have just had Gu Dafu grumble at home, but no. He's making a strategic decision. Then we follow Lin Yue's journey to market, which serves as both worldbuilding and a breather before the actual selling begins. The fifteen-minute walk with all the villager interactions is essential pacing—it lets the reader catch their breath while simultaneously reinforcing that Lin Yue has built a reputation. By the time they reach the market, we're already invested in her success because we've seen her effort. And then the Wang family angle drops like a bomb. The Zhao family used to supply them, the cook got fired, and now there's an opening. Gu Dafu sees this as his moment. The chapter ends with Lin Yue starting to sell and that rich girl appearing—two new threads of tension introduced almost simultaneously. The pacing never drags because every scene either develops character, advances plot, or builds the world, and usually all three at once. The author knows exactly when to speed up and when to let a moment breathe.
Really nice book with multiple stories, don't stop it author

So far, do good. Jeez, hope Ella's finally goes for it and give up this pretense and let go her sense of propriety. It's time.
