I know this is OP MC novel, but can the MC be like have a bit more maturity.I'm on ch 50 atm, but the cringe lines almost make me drop this, well I still reading it just for the fun *and sometimes laugh* so its OKish I guess. For those who like OP MC and sudden str gain, I guess this is a decent read.
The story keeps getting better and better. I like the fact that the MC has more missions in the same mission worlds unlike one world per mission. It gives author the chance to develop the world background. The side characters are unlike other cliche novels, where anybody can become the MC's friend only because they were their and had a good character. Also unlike other novels where side characters are all generic, the side characters in Devil's Cage and varied with depth to them. For example: The great witch, the alchemist, the lover in the SHAMAN WORLD.The historian, the muscle guy, historian's disciples in the ISOGU WORLD. The little dependent princess in another world. And many more. Also, the MC is always deducing and searching for clues which gives him a detective kind of style which seems much better than the guy in "Thriller Paradise".
Honestly I thought this novel had sumn going for it but it reminded me off another novel that started off the same way.the main character comes off as this big martial arts prodigy around 25-30 years old with a wife that works two jobs. He’s basically a illiterate in a skilled world. Now let’s get into a game teenagers that he meets on short notice who have enough to throw money around honestly. So my qeustion is as a person getting rent from another character why would you go into a contract to be under the same person your providing a house for. Next in game the mc picks a trash ass job but because there are two different modes of game play he excels as a independent damage dealer because of his so called good martial arts. What takes other mcs years of progression take this mc a day to put into the game. Then let’s proceed with the items the mc does absolutely no research into how much and if he should be selling any items he gets on his journey through the game but finds friendship in someone who casually messages him for items. Honestly this is just a bad and trash ass mc who has none of the qualities to be a gamer is this novel I rate this trash?
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I thought this was a pretty good read. Op mc no harem limited extremely limited romance. With a decent golden finger as well. My only gripe is that halfway thru the story author changes the ability from working one time per day per person to one time per ability per person without any explanation. The only thing explained is that as the mc gets stronger the range of the ability gets farther. There were some minor loose ends left in the story that were never wrapped up and the ending felt a little rushed and anti climactic. One thing to note… if you do the audio for the story instead of reading you will be extremely annoyed with the system announcements. Author had to get some word count in….
The mc's name starts with Lin, what else am I supposed to say??fillllllllllllllllelelelrlrlelelelleleleleleleleldleleleleldlldldldldldldldl
WHAT A BLAST!! amazing story line although the author really loves the Hun Clan( plot armor too strong). Really loved the romance, but i think that the harem can still be improved. The translations can be sometimes confusing but people can still understand it so its okay. GREAT NOVEL AND I REALLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE
Pleasantly surprised with this novel. This is a good "monster Isakai" type novel that can still incorporate human politics without the main character losing his identity as a monster. Great woldbulding, power scaling, fun side characters (human and monster), and a cunning protag, I'm really enjoying this novel!!!!
Sinceramente a história pode até ser um pouco interessante, eu até dou algumas risadas, mas a personalidade do MC fez com que eu pare de ler.
Author.............................................
at first glance it looks like a romance but its not rather its a bit of comedy and a bit of thriller along with the system... everyone should at least give it a read for first 20 chapters atleast.
As I understand you're a beginner writer, I'll add 2 more stars to each review score, while the review part will show my actual evaluation.Writing Quality 1: Definitely the novel’s biggest weak point. I hoped it would get better later as the writer gained more experience, but close to a hundred chapters in, and it remains practically the same. The only improvement I noticed was that you no longer alternated between Qin Feng and Feng Qin.I would suggest using Grammarly and also breaking your sentences into smaller ones. Beyond that, all I can think of is for you to get an editor and/or improve your English.Stability of Updates 5: Personally, I don't like this category, as sometimes the writer needs more time to finish up a chapter, but may end up sacrificing the quality to keep the release rate, so I always give it a 5.Story Development 2: The story moves, though there are problems with fillers. Beyond that, there’s also the MC doing things that really don’t make sense.MC meets Wukong, trains once and that’s it. I don’t think he’s ever shown training again, he simply becomes OP.Group of gangster smashed his apartment, where his mother and sister live, and said they would come back the next morning. MC, who’s now capable of beating all of them by himself, simply lets them break into his home again, where his family is, before beating them. His friend —and the one helping him in his revenge— is held hostage and MC does nothing against the kidnapper. Also, the story is set on Earth, where the existence of cultivators (friars as they are called here) is unknown to the public. That’s good and all, but then MC —who had never heard of Friars before— meets Wukong and in the next few hours he: meets some woman with an extremely rare cultivation body and witnesses a battle between two friars. Then a few days later he stumbles into a trio of friars while he was getting revenge, and also witness another battle, this one so big that destroyed a building in the middle of the city.It just seems impossible that their existences were really kept hidden for so long and still are.Character Design 1: Characters barely have any depth to them, being mostly copies of one another.Male characters are arrogant douchebags, who only know to abuse their power/wealth. Also they, and only they, feel the need for sex.Female characters exist either to engage in sex with the arrogant douchebags or to almost being raped by them so that MC can come to their rescue.Maybe one or other character isn’t such a copy, but they still lack any depth to them.World Background 2: Again, the story is set on Earth with a secret cultivator society. We are shown a few glimpses into this cultivator world, but that’s it.Review score (1+5+2+1+2)/5 = 2.2 Score given = (3+5+4+3+4)/5 = 3.8
