Let's talk about how Hong Yuan speaks because her dialogue is a masterpiece of saying the opposite of what she means. 'Cowards are always like this.' 'You could become a pet. Plenty of people would like you.' 'Just pick a kind-tempered master and please them well.' These are the most unhinged things anyone has ever said to someone they're trying to HELP. And the genius is that Yuan Li actually figures it out. She's like 'when you said those things before, were you trying to deliberately provoke me?' and Hong Yuan just goes cold and deflects. Meanwhile Fang Zhou is out here being a whole different energy—'Little Li Li, you don't understand romance, you hurt my heart~' with the tilde, I'm not okay. The contrast between his playful, almost theatrical voice and Hong Yuan's razor-sharp economy of words is brilliant. Each character sounds completely distinct. Even the doctor has a warm, chatty cadence that makes her feel like a real person rather than a plot device.
I have to say, the dialogue in this book is genuinely good. Each character sounds different, and you can tell who's speaking even without the attribution. Huang Xingwu's lines are all condescending and dismissive—'A pampered little miss like you needs to suffer a bit to understand the true toil of the farmers.' That voice is so distinctively pompous and self-righteous. Then you have Ye Qin, who's already seething from sleeping on office tables, and her retort is sharp and direct: 'Easy for you to say from the sidelines! Why don't you cadre officials go temper your wills?' There's a real edge to her speech that matches her personality. And Tao Nanfeng—her dialogue is measured and precise, almost like she's choosing each word carefully. 'Houses are meant for people to live in. They must be built with the long term in mind.' That's not just dialogue; that's a thesis statement. The humor in the group is also great—when someone yells 'We'll make all the other youth drool with envy and slap the Infrastructure Department right in the face! Oh wait—I forgot the road construction team is part of the Infrastructure Department. Dammit!' and then everyone laughs. That moment of collective exasperation and humor feels so real. The dialogue isn't just advancing the plot; it's revealing personality, conflict, and group dynamics all at once.
The conflict in these chapters is layered in the best way. On the surface, you've got Jiang Wangye punching Song Zhiyu over a misunderstanding—which is classic romantic comedy fodder, except it's played completely straight and the result is two bruised faces and a very confused Fang Gao. But underneath that, there's this whole surveillance network creating stakes that nobody fully understands. Xu Rou thinks she's visiting Pei Jinchuan as a classmate. Pei Jinchuan knows she's being watched but doesn't know by whom. Xu Qiao is watching everything from behind a screen, making decisions about people's lives like she's playing SimCity but with human relationships. The photo that sparked the whole Jiang-Wangye-Song-Zhiyu fight—taken from a misleading angle, showing Song Zhiyu pinned beneath a girl on the lawn—this is the kind of conflict that escalates because nobody stops to verify the truth. Jiang Wangye sees the photo and immediately assumes the worst. Song Zhiyu is too proud to explain. And Xu Qiao? She's just... building Legos. Untouched by the chaos her identity is causing. What keeps me hooked is that the stakes keep rising without anyone realizing it. Xu Rou's favorability just dropped to -50. Pei Jinchuan is watching her watch him. Xu Qiao is planning something mysterious that Su Jiaojiao calls "brilliant." The next chapter is going to explode and I am NOT ready.

This seems really interesting! I’m going to wait for more chapters so I can binge it, lol.Author, how many chapters do you think you will eventually publish? Do you have an estimate?
This is a good read. It has a good build up in the storyline and the author does well in drawing you in whether it's fights or character build up. I enjoy Nioh as the mc. He is strong willed and strong minded. He is smart and ambitious as well. The world background is well done and very original. Overall I think it's a good read and I wish there were more chapters
Gambling causes poverty and reincarnation
Can’t wait for more. Hope the writer can update daily.. ?
Started out interesting then lost interest when he sold his memories for cheap hatsu that was not worth it. He basically becomes an OC instead is a reincarnator
I think it’s tacky to rate my book 5 stars myself But.. It’s my first book guys, I hope you enjoy itAnd there might be some inconsistencies, I apologize, English is not my first language and with the high upload schedule, there is not enough time for editingMaybe one day when I have enough money, I’ll hire an editor to revise it for me ?

Couldn't tell the difference between this and the original story until I saw the comments? Great story! Take it to the end plss I love you ?
