I think the story had potential but to be fair I didn't read much of it since it is only frustrating me, while he has an easy way to get stronger it is like the whole world is against him getting stronger by showering him in 'kindness' even his sister is finding a rich older man to marry so that eur mc is able to get stronger Through a lot of medicine, while i don't like the thought it it would be in another novel it is still somewhat acceptable but in this novel it is really in a complete different level since he is only able to get weaker by eating them. btw I don't know if the sister married that guy afterwards since i stopped reading it as I read the beginning of that chapter.
The author is full of "The Dao of Nonsense" CKatlon's pro translation is wasted in the current arc chapters. So much fillers and no progress, what the heck, an arc that can be resolved in few chapters but prolonged to be nonsense. Sigh, good premise but if the next few arcs will be like this again, crap it all.
This story is quite interesting and a must read. There are so many lessons to be learned from the various characters especially Lin Yi and Chen Yushu's character. The author has really done a good work. Kudos

the story has potential,and an interesting way of gaining statsbut I think the fights need to be told in a much better way as right now there they are just so so, I recomend the author to go in the more ditails of the fights along with more detailed charactor information and also the author should also introduce some more interactive NPC's to make the story more interusting

Really don’t understand how this could have become 3rd on weekly ranking - really poorly written, some of the most gaping plot holes I have witnessed not to mention the thick layers of plot armour. Many of the situations seem to have been made up on a whim of the author and going from 0 to 100 as he seems to get bored of sticking to one subject.They do say copying is the best form of flattery but some of this is just down right plagiarism from various stories - he randomly started throwing in hunter x hunter terms etc. for a couple of chapters then seems to totally forget about it. Overall, largely disappointing.
I love the last chapter .. how a big bad mafia willingly to bow down to her .. the love he has for her is one crazy one . Good work
