"That explains the early morning message Bianca sent." Alex checked the message for the first time and saw a picture of the two without any face decorations. "She sent this out earlier this morning. I wonder if Eli and Bernard have seen it yet.
I don't know how much time has passed, but James woke me up, Ains and Mesla were already waiting.
"Very funny, Ped." He ruffled my hair. "Don't you have a free massage waiting?"
The central area of the cavern, was a bustling mess of smells and sounds. Merchants of many races set up their stalls.
Na'eemah's heart fluttered. The man was tall and was dressed in loose harem pants and long sleeveless shirt. He had a pair of daggers hitched at his waist as well as a longsword with a double curled design. His cheekbones were high, his eyes the lightest shade of green and his hair was full and slightly untidy. He looked downright sinful. He wasn't an ethereal beauty one wouldn't dare approach but instead looked like devilishly handsome and someone any woman would want to ravish. Na'eemah focused on his body as he kneeled beside her bed. Allocen took note of her gaze and chuckled, he leaned upward and pressed his lips against hers briefly before saying softly. "Breathe, sweetheart."
As Wren and the ranger grew closer, passing by the tree, Jenny knew she had to say something to let Wren know she was okay. She remembered last year, when they had first started dating after that day in art class. Wren had taught her the meaning behind him name. His mother had wanted to name him something peaceful, but not too obscure. She was dead set on a bird name. It was between Jay, Robin, and Wren. But then, at the hospital, just as she was about to name him Jay, a Wren flew up to the windowsill and sang its song. Wrens mother knew it was fate and told Wren any time he was in trouble, sing the wrens song and I will know your ok. So Jenny, having memorized the song of the Wren by heart after Wren teaching it to her, whistled it now from the treetops, making it echo across the forest. To anyone else, it would sound like just a bird. But Wren knew, knew it was Jenny.
On the other hand...
Read 41 chapters so far, and although the plot itself and the grammar are both good, the story is somewhat rushed, the dialogue is a little too long when it should be more spaced out, and the romance is really just not good at all, and is way too rushed without any actual development.
I really enjoy your work! I'd love to stay connected and keep up with your latest creations. Do you have any social media or email? It would be great to be in touch~
No kidding the early chapters make me want to vomit but it gets better and better in the mid-later chapter , so toughen up new readers and dont quit early.
