I love the beginning of this novel; how the writer immediately pulls us into the story's world. The narration and descriptions are great and the character development is simply amazing.
Very great novel until you hit chapter 41 where the translator that has ruined numerous novels with their awful translations yet again shows off their work.
It looks like I found the story that flows like brooks and not Yangze river or Yellow river. Centrally authors creativity doesn't flee like clouds and water, story moves in repetitive way one hundred times slower then usual novels. It's to mysterious. Way to.
Okay so, I read a lot and I mean like I have an entire room filled with books which I have read atleast thrice or four times. I am a bookworm and one that loves quality and creativity. I am also a part-time unproffesional author and what I have just read blew my mind. A lot of hooks that grab the readers attention, not very heavy eastern fantasy which allows everyone to bond to the story and the interesting aspect of the MC. Van, well he is not one of those shallow MC’s who are either very good or very bad. We can see Van’s *****ness somethimes but somethimes we see his cunning and decisive actions. And these are not exaggerated, these are exactly what children are capable of. Introducing the eastern fantasy culture and aspect, the story is realistic in its own plot! I love it! I shall rain stones upon this glorious author and wish him good luck. I too hope to join the author community in the following months and I would definitelt like to talk with the Lord of Potatoes about character building’
Highest quality writing I've experienced in webnovel and throughout many books.
Exelent character design and story from what I've read, even past the point many people dropped.
This novel so far is more focused on character dynamics, the good and bad relations rather than action and im all for it especially with the cliches being revamped into a more realiatic experience or being mocked by the characters.
So far world building is minimal but im still at a part where they have yet to fully leave the start and cant wait for what is to come.
Overall very hyped to continue reading, and i hope you will too

a wonderful book which keeps u hooked from d very beginning. there r some similarities with extra's survival and author's pov but still it has it's own shinning points and hope author won't change that.. a good story with a protagonist who isn't bland or a naive kid but someone who knows what he's doing and has no moral bondings for his plans. keep up author, great job
Cliché plots forced down your throat like the air you breathe is made out of them. MC saying that he is in a place that no one goes to cus it is absolutely useless and then after 10 hours of tiring leveling up suddenly an Assassin attacks him for no reason, assassin turns out is a strong, beautiful girl of a female guild with problems and that is where is dropped. But there are no mistakes in the grammar and all so a little plus.
