It was quite a struggle for me to get through the book. It was incredibly dull; the author dwelt excessively on insignificant details, neglecting crucial plot points and character growth. For instance, a significant portion was devoted to an entire chapter about omelette rice (and, of course, included numerous mentions of random food throughout the story), yet key character arcs were barely summarized, which was disappointing.
The book was an enjoyable read, with the main character (MC), the male lead (ML), and the MC's brother presenting likable characters. However, I cannot give it a full five-star rating due to the relatively lenient punishments inflicted on the camphor tree and weasel demons. This leniency made me feel that the author might have been rushing to wrap up the story, which detracted from the overall impact.
Keep up the good work?
arrow though child go brrrr

trustly, a good novel.
I hold a strong affection for harem novels, and I give them a 5-star rating when the ending is satisfying. However, if the protagonist rejects any character, it deducts a star from my rating. In this particular story, the main character (MC) is portrayed as weak both physically and emotionally, often apologizing for unintentionally hurting others.
The plot revolves around an alien overlord controlling the planet, even overpowering the gods. To entertain the Overlord, the goddess and her sister are pitted against each other, choosing a hero and a demon lord. The MC has to conceal their true identity as the hero and adopt a deceptive persona as an evil force. They face the challenge of eliminating the demon lord while their life span is shortened, and vice versa.
What follows is an unfair battle where it's revealed that the MC and the demon lord had a childhood bond, and everyone has been brainwashed. The MC, having lived for a long time to ensure everything goes according to plan, eventually kills the demon lord using time manipulation. Exhausted, they are then killed by another love interest, breaking their heart. Wishing for their soul to vanish, they seemingly fade away.
Despite saving the world, the aftermath turns tragic. Your description touched me deeply, and your words convey the emotional rollercoaster of the story. If there were any confusion or misinterpretations, please accept my apologies.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
This gripping thriller sent chills down my spine. Although there were a few moments that verged on the implausible, the protagonist's actions and his relentless quest for vengeance left me on edge. The ambiguity surrounding the identity of his love interest, however, added an unsettling darkness to the narrative. Approach it with that level of intrigue in mind.
"Paragon of Sin" left me utterly captivated, a literary masterpiece that delved deep into the dark recesses of human nature. The narrative was a gripping roller-coaster ride, with its complex characters and unexpected plot twists. The author's prose was a haunting symphony, evoking a myriad of emotions. I found myself engrossed in the protagonist's journey, as their fall from grace was both tragic and thought-provoking. This novel is not just a page-turner; it's a profound exploration of morality and redemption that lingered long after the last chapter. Highly recommended for those seeking a compelling and thought-stimulating read.
