Ash: You guess it, Flint
It was a pleasant morning, the next day. The skies are blue, the birds are chirping and the flowers are so lovely. The place was astonishingly beautiful, it so nice to wake up and appreciate God's gift. I looked around and smiled, but when I turned to that direction, the smile on my lips weakens and all I could do is sighed. Why? Because from where I was standing I can clearly see them---exchanging warm smile and gazes; looking so in love with each other.
(Confused Jun staring at Lily)
I take them out the draw and swallow them. The things I consider to be cyanide. I take them. Just like that. And then my shitty fucking day begins...
Janin was the son of the great mage of Blazing towers. He was also a pseudo-mage and could kill half of the other adepts here in less than 10 minutes if he wanted. Janin went on the path of a body refinement mage and he had the muscles to show for it.
There stood a superhuman form heavily clad in battle armour, the massive musculature of his body could still be seen from under all the armour and the curious bulge of his belly gave testimony of a ruthless appetite. But the most significant of his features were two horns, like that of a half matured ram, protruding from his forehead and a single left wing like that of a ravens. The very presence of his being seemed to pry at the psyche of his antagonists inducing a paralysing sensation and Thier minds tend to slowly slip away from reality. Realising the magnitude of the situation the Arch priest cast a Powerful binding spell to at least give his underlings a chance to escape. But since he was using his avatar rather than his real body the spell was not as effective. The mortals, in shock, gazed upon a Spectre of the past.
nice con XD good story so far..
Slowly the whole eye turned White losing its color. The Sclera starting to change it color, as it slowly grew darker finally becoming black like a black hole.
"And also, don't forget that you may sometimes not create new bloodlines with the combo. Mix those with similar percentages and strength. Weaker ones will just be consumed and increase the purity of the stronger one. The power difference between the original animals should also be counted in. Or that's what I have been taught."
Rafael " There are quite a few thing I would like to ask about your students Lancelot."
'Big brother, will you marry me when we grow up?' I'm still not over this line. The author just drops this little childhood moment and suddenly everything about Shen Xingbai makes sense. He wasn't always this twisted, possessive man—he was a boy who got flustered because a little girl asked him to marry her and he promised her the world. 'I'll be a hundred times better than him.' Who writes that?? Who makes a character say something so devastatingly pure and then spend the rest of the story trying to protect that memory while simultaneously being unable to let go of the girl who made him promise? And Ji Rou's reaction—just casually watching TV like 'you're the best' while he's over there having an emotional crisis? That's the kind of innocent cruelty that kids have, and it makes the adult version so much more painful. Because now she's playing games with him, hiding her true self, and he's holding onto this memory of the little girl who didn't even realize the weight of her words. The jade he gives her at the end—was it a gift or a chain? I keep going back and forth on whether this is romance or just two broken people clinging to each other. Either way, it hit me right in the feels.
Looking at the fruit of the whole construction process, Annabeth just stops and along with Clarisse, shakes her head in disbelief.
