Wow!!! Just started the book and I am already on the edge of my seat
Just the blurb and I'm already falling in love with the story??. Salute, Author
There are 2 different books within the 1st 5 chapters. It’s obvious the writer wasn’t paying attention to the story. The writer needs to do better
Great story! I would recommend it
Love it. And i like the story of Mitsuhide and Kit in the Insanity series.
I hope to read more about Mitsu and Kit or/and Max and Deanna.
Such a awesome and steamy book!! Extremely well written and I can't wait for more from this talented author!!
This story is a sinful delight

Hello my billionaire babies. Daily updates have resumed and will not stop till the completion of the book, stay glued.
Here's what's terrifying about this story: the conflicts feel so small. A girl won't eat fruit. A friend complains about pajamas. A junior cries at a restaurant. On the surface, nothing is at stake. But the author is building something insidious underneath. The external conflicts are minimal but real. Xu Zhizhi vs. her own body (wrists sore from typing, can't sit still for more than four hours). Xu Zhizhi vs. social situations (the bar is too noisy, the lighting is wrong, people are too loud). Lin Xitang vs. the medical system (the hospital incident that caused her mammary hyperplasia). These are all manageable problems—until they're not. But the internal conflicts? Those are where the real stakes live. Xu Zhizhi is a genius who dropped out of graduate school because she was "too repressed, unable to endure staying in school." She writes angsty novels that make her friends cry. She can't function in normal social spaces. What happened to her? The story hasn't told us yet, but every chapter is a piece of the puzzle clicking into place. The stakes escalate subtly. Chapter 1: can she leave the house? Chapter 2: can she handle a restaurant? Chapter 3: can she survive a bar? Each step is harder than the last, and the reader is left wondering—what happens when the stakes become unbearable? What is the breaking point? The He Conglan subplot is the most dangerous thread. This guy is unstable, the junior cries around him constantly, and he seems to exist in a gray moral area. When he says "The little girl hasn't grown much taller, drink more milk" to Xu Zhizhi, it's casual cruelty masked as affection. And Lin Xitang's reaction—"If the tiger doesn't show its might, do they really think she has a good temper?"—suggests that Xu Zhizhi has a breaking point that hasn't been reached yet. The suspense isn't in whether Xu Zhizhi will survive the bar night. It's in what happens after. What is the incident that drove Sheng Sijia away? What will happen when Lin Xitang leaves for two years? And what happens when Xu Zhizhi's carefully constructed world finally cracks?
It's been quite some time since I read this novel, but it was an enjoyable read! I actually liked the main character (MC) and the male lead (ML), despite his possessive nature – I thought it added an intriguing dynamic. The flirting scenes between them, especially when ML got down on one knee and proposed to MC in front of everyone, had me on the edge of my seat, tears streaming down my face! ?
The plot took a slight detour towards the middle and end, but it wasn't too dramatic; just a bit unpredictable. Towards the end, I found myself skimming through the last 20 chapters because I wished for more interaction between the couple. Thankfully, the bonus content (which mostly consisted of steamy scenes) somewhat addressed that.
The social media posts and comments provided initial entertainment, but there were so many that it became tiring. It was amusing to see how others speculated about who would end up pregnant.
Overall, this novel is a decent choice for a leisurely read or to pass the time.
