I just want to express my appreciation for this story. I like how the characters aren't the typical BL protagonists who see every positive interaction as an opportunity to molest, take advantage, or engage in sexual activity. Considering it's set in an ABO world, I'm truly impressed.
The story moves at a leisurely pace, as I'm currently on chapter 334, yet only about two to three weeks have elapsed. The majority of these 300 chapters are devoted to the protagonist methodically preparing the necessary steps to dismantle the rival's fiancé and his family. Our main character is intelligent, powerful, and practically invincible. The harem is rather distinctive, as most members serve a purpose in his scheme against the antagonist, essentially functioning as crucial assets. He skillfully enlists not just female allies but also influential figures from various industries.
Given the MC's extensive knowledge of their backgrounds and personalities, he discerns whom to trust, ensuring everything falls into place seamlessly. Although they might be referred to as "pieces," the MC genuinely cares for his companions and maintains meaningful relationships, even offering assistance in their personal matters. In summary, if you're looking to diversify your urban Chinese novel experience, this book is definitely worth reading.
"This is an excellent novel, definitely worth the time to read! Additionally, the translator is incredibly diligent and releases chapters at a rapid pace."
I must admit, this novel really tugged at my emotions, even though there are still chapters missing. I've always been drawn to stories where the main character doesn't undergo an extreme transformation solely due to reincarnation or some other factor. It's important to me that they remain true to themselves, especially when their actions stem from past traumas. I crave a protagonist who isn't apologetic for their past wrongs and isn't eager to reconcile with those who mistreated them.
FL is a deeply tragic figure, someone who feels isolated and alone. She yearns for peace in her melancholic existence, far removed from her dysfunctional family. Despite her genuine love for them, she faces constant hatred from her brothers and a father who failed to support her. As a result, she chooses to live a solitary life.
This is indeed a delightful and touching narrative. Little Tong's character starts off with innocence, and as the story progresses, he matures into a strong individual. The promise they make to reunite in the afterlife is both comforting and emotionally uplifting. I appreciate the translator's diligent efforts.
The novel is a subtle, gradual romance with a balance of light-heartedness and depth. Despite its initial appearance as a comical and fluffy reincarnation story, it actually delves into more profound emotions. Although I generally prefer faster-paced romances, this one is exceptionally well-crafted and doesn't feel tedious.
What I mean by "well-written" is that the characters' emotions come across vividly, evoking a sense of realism. Both the male lead (ML) and female lead (MC) exhibit a cool demeanor. The MC is portrayed as a genius, calm, enigmatic, and reserved, maintaining a guarded distance from the ML due to his character's role. On the other hand, the ML may seem aloof but has a hidden capacity for genuine concern, demonstrating tenderness towards the MC, albeit through poor acting skills according to the MC's assessment.
I'm renowned in the sm*t department
The damned Demon, it is a very good one if you want a very good Novel with very good sm*t scenes, and with good romance and story (for the most part, can be slightly dark at times but still an absolute banger)
Reincarnation with the Van Helsing System, Is also a good one with plenty of sm*t and a mediocre story, (I read it mostly for the sm*t)
But the characters are good, especially the MC I love him, (But kinda Wierd it's kinda like TCP)
Vampire's slice of life, I absolutely love it, lots of Sm*t with a very unique feeling, it's like something you never see, so can be a little Weird to get into, but if you survive the first 100 chapters you should be fine.
Lust knight, is just another good sm*t novel with good characters, nothing too special.
So is He really a generic MC? You can also ask questions about the novels I recommended you, and also you can check out Primal Hunter.
Its the truth...
I was one of those early readers, i started reading this sh*t when it had only like 200 smt chapter,... Such a disappointment, truly...!
The Author knows how to make the protagonist's actions sickening, while also making us understand her. Every person killed has a beautiful story guiding you regret their loss. While reading this I felt sick to my stomach. This is not a tale for the faint of heart. I believe the author is intentionally showing us the effects of her actions and how horrific they are. My reasoning for this is the pov changes. Everything about this book makes me sick. Unlike other villain stories there is no justification for her actions. She is not portrayed as a nice person. Sometimes I have to take breaks between chapters. 5/5 stars. Brilliant work. I am at chapter 47 so it could change, but the work right now is great.
It has the categorie drama and the tag misunderstandings
I wonder what happened? Why did this novel stop updating so suddenly?
