I was intrigued from almost the beginning, but towards the last few chapters, it felt like it was rushed. Plus for the amount of coins, the chapters need more meat.
Okay so let me just say—this opening hit me like a freight train. The way the author structures the first chapter is absolutely brutal in the best way possible. We start with Ruan Tiantian dead on an operating table, her heart literally ripped out, and then BAM, we see Shen Xiuyu finding her body. I thought I was reading a murder mystery, but then she wakes up in 2019 and I was like—wait, what? The rebirth trope is everywhere in web novels, but this one actually made me sit up straight. The pacing from her murder to her rebirth to her first encounter with Shen Xiuyu in the basketball court scene—it's like the author knew exactly how to keep me turning pages. And that moment when she sees him handcuffed and covered in blood? I literally gasped. Who is this guy and why does he look at her like that? The plot setup is tight, the mystery is hooking, and I'm already obsessed with finding out what's going to happen next.

maybe the author has difficulty writing this novel.. i just hope the storyline wont stack at scheming after scheming. its boring when the story is long but just circling on the same boring storyline. so far this novel is interesting but slow in update.
