Only twenty chapters in so not much chance for story, character and world building. The translation is all over the place sometimes.
Also the update stability seems to be a lie? Has been 3 days since the last chapter was released. 13/week how?
The story follows an evil MC, which is my kind of thing.
This genre is quickly becoming popular as the plethora of cookie cutter goody two shoes MCs are becoming stale fast.
The author does a good job of portraying the evil acts committed by the MC as being logical and driven by personal gains and not as being cartoonishly evil.
This makes the reader question what is right and what is correct, is a act driven by self interest right even if it's not always morally correct?
I personally can't wait to follow Ying Zheng on his journey.
PS. Also the *snafu* *snafu* are quite hot

From chapter 171 onwards it's straight up unreadable, the translation quality took a deep plunge into the abyss, it's no different from mtl now.
Great story with some nice character designs and vast, interesting world but it has some flaws. MC has so versatile knowledge and superior memory that it's sometimes too much (especially given his normal background, no preparation time and zero "superpowers", it's impossible for any mechanical engineer or any other engineer to accomplish something even remotely similar to what Roland did in such a short time and without painfully reinventing tons of little annoying things and prototyping). There are some technical errors in "science" part of the novel but if you aren't educated in the field it's hard to notice and most inventions and manufacturing processes are believable. Time to construct (even with witches powers) and encountering almost no problems designing everything on the other hand is a little bs. That said it's one of those rare novels where you can often learn something new that it's applicable and used in normal world.
Another problem is MC depends on witches powers too much even when there is a realistic option to do it conventional way and because of that some witches are somehow doing exponentially more work than their magic power reserves should normally allow (Soraya ;) ). Some witches powers are a little too convenient to situation and what I think is the biggest flaw of RTW is smooth sailing syndrome. Encountered problems are too easily overcome and some witches powers (especially healing/regenerating powers) destroy any feeling of danger. There was one moment when I really thought Roland will lose his arm and it was such a great opportunity to make him grow, nerf his skills and depend more on other people, I was seriously so excited to potential interesting changes but we got convenient reset and downplay of whole dangerous encounter. Author don't like dramaturgy and it seems he want to keep novel ****** and light to read.
There is very little emotional growth for our MC and some characters seems a little blank (Anna) but others make up for it for the most part. Romance in novel is subtle, almost non-existent and slow paced. There is a love ******** but it seems it will be resolved one way or another, no harem in sight.
Overall it's a great read. I recommend it to anyone who likes unorthodox, interesting world, science, kingdom building as these are RTW strongest points.
Translation here is mediocore. Some choices were made to suit english readers and I think it wasn't a good idea. Well, we will see. It's readable at least.

Got to say things are getting interesting, can't wait for the next hundred or so chapter's.
Bad story the MC in this story will always meet more girl that beautiful got nice body and in love with her, And when the girl like the mc bammm the mc just like iam not mean for you so you can just f4c..k with the other guy that love you to, And then the girl like are you sure? Mc Say sure, and then the girl live hapilly ever after with the other Guy, And wait is the story finish like that? Nope you are wrong because the mc will find some girl again **** with her and you now what bam all that mc efort to f4ck the girl get reset because he rescue the girl that open her leg with another guy, is that end of story whopps you got punked, because the story not done yet the wife of the mc get gangbang with 3 guy when the mc got beaten up with the people that raped his wife, heh ooopss soory forget to mention the apps that mc got hmmmm....... is that because i am forgetfull? Gues again its because the author not even mention any use for the system, like hell what the use of the system that will let the mc got overpowered just let the mc got more pathetic than he already are because what ? Gues again.. ....... He got punished by the god in his world in 10.000 years he life in his world, wkwkwkwk you think this is all that mc got all the girl that he love? Nope this story is alll about how you will life when you get the god is pised with you and that all the story about.....
I realy recomend not read this story if you just want to get light story because this story will just get you pissed of the more you read it,
But if you like the story that i listed above then conggrats because you are realy good person that will sacrifice the girl that you love to another person that the girl not really like i respect you all

There is so much not going on it’s crazy. 80% system rewards seems low and the overall world building does not give you any reason to root for the MC. After 20 chapters, I was rooting for a guard.
Why the love score well it's not because the novel is bad quite the o posit the novel is actually quite good and a decent read but the Translation quality is really bad MTL is most likely better sadly so to that get fix it will get low score for me because i cant recommenced this to ppl that PAYS for this whit a good Consciousness
