Sorry all, there won't be a chapter today, 3h of driving, 9.5h of work and 2h cleaning up, cooking etc afterwards. I'll get some writing done tonight, but there isn't enough time before I have to sleep and be up at 5:30 again for another day of work. Next chapter should be coming tomorrow however

I'm going to be honest and say that the first volume of this novel was actually fire. But from the second volume the MC became way too arrogant and edgy, constantly threatening people, unable to hold a proper conversation with anyone. Maybe it's because of the new magic he got which supposedly mutes his emotions, but I haven't seen even flashes of his previous self. He hasn't thought about his vol 1 GFs (only once in Vol 2 I'm pretty sure) after getting separated, the only thing he has thought about is revenge. Maybe this changes when he finds a solution to his problem or reunites with the original gang, but I will be dropping this for now.
