If you think you will get an evil mc no u get a hero mc
While I have not caught up with the stories release I’m at around chapter 175 as I write this.
This has been an excellent and well written story thus far. Very few minor grammatical mistakes to be seen.
While I can’t say much about the stability of uodates as I’ve not caught up completely. I see the updated mark consistently enough on the story to know that it is being written by the so author still.
Story has been progressing well. There have been times that I’ve felt it’s been slow and there are other times that it picks up the pace. I am not a big fan of the repeated paragraphs from previous chapters in the new chapter that this author does. It would only be useful if the author didn’t update for like a month and I needed a refresher on what happened previously. As it is I consider it unnecessary padding to increase the word count of the chapter.
Characters so far have filled what I consider the anime cookie cutter. We have our kind hardworking but determined ML, the cold but warm FL (whom gets described every time she shows up. We get it she’s as pretty as a goddess.) And now we have the cute bratty little sister character.
The world is very interesting and vast and we aren’t overloaded with facts. They are wonderfully peppered throughout the story. So we are learning about it along with our ML. Which I enjoy immensely.
All in all a very solid good book. Worth reading and spending your fast passes or coins on.
I have mixed feelings about this one. Most of this is good, the Main Character is a cautious type protagonist and he gets a system where his strength increases as his Disciples strength increases. So, he takes desciples and most of the conflicts comes from them, their past enemies and what not. Then it turns out our MC has a super secret background and the strongest beings in existence are targeting him, that is also fine. It was good seeing the MC hide his strength, occasionally dealing with enemies then hiding again. Upto last 30 chapters or so.In the last 30 chapters, everything changes. Turns out there are even more powerful enemies, MC has an even bigger background. And his personality changes from a cautious type to hot-blooded xianxia protagonist. There is vague explanation provided for his change in attitude, but it's very jarring and it completely messes up the tone of the story before this last 30 chapters.for those who have read the ending, I think it would have been better if the last 30 chapter never happened. Hongjun dies in the final fight in Heavenly Court. Nameless Sect becomes the ruler of Three Realms and everyone lives happily ever after.
Just read the entire thing in one go. This novel is amazing and deserves a place in my favorite reads. Really, I got addicted to reading this and now I'm sad I caught up. I love the fact that the MC behaves like an NPC, I'd liked to see more novels like this. Overall, I really recommend this novel. I'm surprised I didn't read this earlier. Anyway, I'd like to see more of your work dear Author, keep up the good work.
Very cool slice of life story and interesting writing style. The characters are all realistic with each of them having a significance of their own. The character interactions are great and the main characters are very likable.
There is no depth and there are many cringe moments within the story. Does not grab my attention, very poor made
was kinda nice until chapter 215 or so in the raws.. after that simulator upgraded and author became lazy.. very lazy in fact.. very very boring to read.. in the real world all 3 tool people are very very stupid.. even though they have probably several thousand years of experience, experience in failing several times, yet make the most stupidest of mistakes.. especially the first tool person.. she's portrayed to be very very cautious in the sims and much much more cautious in the real world, but makes the stupidest mistakes in the real world.. honestly it's disappointing
So far ive Read 43 chapter its an good and has amazing potential but i think there are some thIngs that need to fixed:1. Mcs control over is emotions when he fights bc he kills without thinking and causes quite a lot if problems for his family trying to “protect” them, if he continues like this he’ll be the reason for their deaths. A why to fix this in my opinion which i think is absolutely nessecary any way is a skill i call “absolute control” (absolute control over his mind, body, and arua) is goes with his title of an assassin and the author has mentioned he is not in control of his mind 50% and is suppressing an inner monster in which will get rid of these problem or at least help2. repeative fighting style for 2-3 chapter per fight i can pretty much sum it up for in 3 words... dodge, strike, and kill. for 400 years of fighting its pretty bland so i propose : A skill i call “god of mastery” its use is simple he gets instant mastery towards any martal arts and cold weapons but the priority will be daggers, katana, ninjato, bows, and needles/posion,ect.And 3. which think would be a great skill “phantom/light manipulation” a skill in which is he intangible to physical to at a certain amout and can also conseal his arua and only those that are stronger then him can sense him/ his mana. he can also become one with a shadow or become invisible. This is my first a probably last review like this so hope it good. :)
One of the best books out there SummaryBasically, your in your usual cultivation world where MC does not get reincarnated, but is instead born naturally into the world with a high cultivation at birth. He has a special body where he absorbs vitality of his enemies to get stronger, similar to power of chaos. So far (As of chapter 114) He is fighting to gets stronger to protect his sect Writing Writing overall is good, only a few mistakes here and there, however it is very negligible so you won’t notice it as much. World BuildingThe world building is great as you go further into the story as the characters are well flushed out and everything has a purpose. The side characters are not useless and are actually mentioned here and there in the story. The setting isn’t bad and there’s a lot of interesting things about Mc and his power Character DesignNot boring and dull, MC is actually smart, for once, and he does things sensibly. Overall Good story, just give it a chance. It isn’t your usual cliche and it’s quite simple to get hooked to. Also, please support the author so he won’t go premium and help give this story more exposure. This treasure doesn’t deserve this little attention.IMO it’s just as good as A Will eternal, Reverend insanity and Tales of herding gods as all of these books as AMAZING. Thanks for reading through this, have a nice day!!
The MC from an ordinary world travelled back in time, but he arrived in a parallel reality where martial arts exist and have a heavy influence in society. It is similar to World’s Best Martial Artist, but I would prefer not to compare it to that trash. His cheat allows him to simulate a world and assume the identity of a random person there. 10 years in there was equivalent to a moment in the real world, so you would expect a mature MC. At this point, It is similar to 48 hours a day. Also, his experience in the simulation was not just some filler, the plot is actually well thought out. It is a decent read.
Literally amazing. Actually realistic and intelligent- The main character uses his system to gauge the world, understand difficulty and make deductions. I find the concept very interesting and it should be at least top 30 on the site given, how bad are the plots some of the novels there have.If this doesn't get picked, I'll revolt.
The main character has 0 EQ, as said on the tin. This is portrayed by having him make mistakes while interacting with others, leading him to be beaten up by his "friends" every time he does something off, often without any explanation to him. In addition, none of his supposed friends have any respect for him or his wishes, going so far as to purposefully do the ONE thing he has asked them not to, multiple times, just to mess with him. I sincerely hope that the author isn't drawing from personal experience when writing these character interactions, as it would be pretty sad.I love the premise, but with the MC showing no signs of demanding to be treated at all nicely, and none of his "friends" offering to due so, I find it unreadable.
