I initially intended to read a Korean harem novel, but after only 18 chapters, I'm surprisingly hoping for the protagonist to either break up with or permanently distance himself from the existing supporting female characters. The novel isn't poor, nor are the characters poorly written – they have clear motivations and actions that feel genuine or relatable. However, it's quite the opposite of the typical heart-wrenching Chinese shoujo manga, where the male lead is sadistic and cruel while the female lead remains innocent. Even when one understands their reasoning, it doesn't justify hurting the main character. I underestimated the drama element, and now I'm eagerly anticipating an ending where the MC rejects these heroines and finds his own satisfying conclusion.

I'm sorry, but I genuinely believe there should be a "incest" tag in this context. The story begins with the main characters, FL and ML, as genuine biological twins in their past lives. Their rare blood types and the fact that FL's heart could save ML's life clearly establish their familial connection. Even then, their relationship hints at a blurred boundary.
In their next life, ML reincarnates as FL's brother, but they are no longer biologically related (this is explained through a hypnotic revelation). FL is aware that ML's soul is connected to her twin brother's, though she's unsure due to the lingering twin bond. Despite this, she treats him as if he were her twin from their first life, which is understandable given his soul's origin. However, the core of the story revolves around FL and ML's love for each other, despite being literal biological siblings in their original lives.
To me, this raises ethical concerns because their love is based on a shared soul connection from their past. Although they're not biologically related in their new life, the concept still feels uncomfortable. As someone who values souls as the essence of a person, I find this storyline involving biological twins romantically involved highly problematic.
Therefore, I feel that a warning should be present, given that the characters' relationship goes beyond the typical sibling dynamic.

The author displays a lack of wisdom repeatedly, using the main character as a proxy to discuss real-world issues with the narrow-mindedness and arrogance of a teenage Japanese, which is quite off-putting. It's ironic that a silly web novel would attempt to tackle complex topics like Middle East conflicts, as if the author possesses adequate knowledge to offer informed opinions.
The author's problematic tendencies are evident, particularly in their portrayal of relationships. The love interests often fall into a cliché where they appear young but are actually much older, and the explanations for the harem dynamics are laughably weak. Sadly, this is yet another isekai story that reduces women to mere objects, serving as a platform for the author to express misguided beliefs about women seeking strong men and being submissive.
The translation quality is abysmal, bordering on being unprofessional, and there are even hints of racism. It's clear from the text that the author's intentions and execution are flawed.
