This is a wonderful story. I loved this. I read this in one go, and I am completely addicted to it. I just want to go into the book and read more. But unfortunately, I can't do that. So, I'll calm down my poor heart and wait for more. This is an awesome book. Everyone should give it a try. It is so good... Hope you all have a nice time with this talented author in his journey.
I've been enjoying this story and where I think it's going. Having seen some of the interesting grammar being used in the original novel section, this is a nice breath of fresh air and an clever idea with good implementation. Keep up the good work!!!
I have read the full novel on raws - author just completed the novelDecent but nothing spectacular, too much plot armour and system power up.Good to read casually when there's nothing much to do, but otherwise not very engaging.Writing quality fairly standard, no obvious downsides. There were much more opportunities for the author to write deeper and expand on the world background as well as its characters as the current journey feels very 1D.The ending felt a little rushed but with a proper closure.
Author make him more mild tempered. He doesnt fit the calibre of a cultivator who has gone through thousands of years of hardship and tempering. He appears more like an immature brat that was given power boost so that he could do everything at leisure. But so far everythings goodI hope to see this change in him and more of your releases. I need to talk about the orange scene because my heart literally cannot handle it. Wen Lan, who has been cold and calculating this entire time, who overheard the servants gossiping and immediately started plotting to fire them, who barely showed any emotion when she first saw her husband and daughter — she offers Lu Zhixing an orange segment. Just one. And the text says his heart trembled violently. His wife had NEVER voluntarily offered him anything before. Not once. And she just handed him a piece of fruit like it was nothing. Meanwhile, she also offers one to Dudu, and the little girl's ears turn completely red. I was screaming. This woman who seems completely detached is somehow the most emotionally generous person in this house, and nobody even realizes it because she expresses love through actions, not words. And then the scene upstairs where Dudu is telling her daddy that mommy came home and she could SMELL mommy — that hit me like a truck. This child has been waiting for her mother's affection her whole life, and the mother is so lost in her own confusion that she doesn't even understand what she's doing. But she hugged Dudu first when the girl fell. She caught her before Lu Zhixing could. That's not delusion. That's instinct. That's a mother's love breaking through whatever barrier was keeping her shut off. And Lu Zhixing, sitting there accepting that his wife has forgotten them again, watching her offer food to strangers like it's the most precious thing in the world — the man is so tender and so broken and I just want to wrap him in a blanket.
