I'm the author, shamelessly giving five stars. my writing isn't the best. but I have confidence in the story itself.an evil protagonist was what I really wanted to write for a while now.(inspired by Reverend insanity from Gu Zhen Ren)the story I'm writing is of an MC who was deprived of everything. But now that she's free, she wants to experience all kinds of joy the world has to offer, and if anybody tries to stop her or take anything from her, she'll deal with it ruthlessly
It's so sad about the needs to spend a lot of my spirit stones to continue reading this novel story. I can't help it but I lowered my ratings on the translations/translators.

Translation updates are no where near the advertised amounts. Days with no release when we are so close to the end. At this rate it will take a couple of years in order to finish translating the story.
I just finished this, and it was an excellent quality novel. There is amazing story development and just an overall satisfying read, with a great ending. The only thing I wish more out of this novel is chapters.
do not read this absolute thrash 4 years since the first chapter and no grammar has been fixed this looks like the worst MTL you could imagine, any review above 1 is fake or a bot
Great novel with an interesting plot behind it but it falls flat in a lot of places. We haven't gotten a great explanation if the state of the world beyond the MCs introduction and the MC seems to be a rather 2D character, while all the side and supporting characters are 1D especially the existence of a female who continues to try to stop the ML from doing things - not even an antagonist - only to essentially get proven wrong, it seems like that's her sole reason for existing and it likely is. The antagonists are unnecessarily hostile, but that's not new to WebNovels, to the point that their hostility makes no sense. If all the types of characters could be raised by a dimension each, this would be a much better novel.
i will only say that the start of the novel may be week, and many don't like it the way it is goin, but did you guys read the MTL, much further chapters and not the 40 chapters they give us? you don't even know what wait for us later on, an amazing and really great story and novel, 1 of the best taming novel out there, :)
I think this should be selected, here is why.Exact rating: 4.8What trail read is for, is finding new stories filled with interesting ideas.This fulfilled that. A true non-human/humanoid MC which forces different perspectives than would be told in most novels.It's a very calm reading, were you arent being educated about the world to come up with your own thoughts but instead an experience to go through.While we dont see major character change we do see the MC start to actually accept to become a snake and eventually to feel lucky.The setting a modern world, unlike what usually occurs with "magic" beast. Another interesting idea which I think we as readers, would enjoy watching the dynamic develop.Warning: I like snakes, so a story were snakes arent automatically a villain does give me some bias. But I'm putting, to the best of my abilities, that aside for this review.
