Transmigration: Love and Growth

Lin Yue is a young woman who endures poverty and hardship in modern society as an orphan who dropped out of school and worked multiple exhausting jobs to survive. Her life changes when she has a dream about an elderly man who gives her a glowing jade pendant and tells her it will guide her to her destiny. The next day, while working at a recycling station, she touches a strange machine and is transported to the Da Chu Dynasty, where she wakes up in a remote village after fainting by the roadside.

Lin Yue decides to use her modern knowledge to improve the village. She teaches the villagers how to make simple pesticides, irrigate fields properly, and fertilize soil effectively. At first the villagers are skeptical, but when the methods begin to work and crop yields improve, they start to accept her. During this time she meets Zhao Yu, a tall and brave young hunter who becomes her ally and eventually her husband after confessing his feelings for her beneath a mountain filled with wildflowers.

Not everyone welcomes Lin Yue. Conservative villagers led by the elderly patriarch oppose her methods, calling them disrespectful to tradition and threatening to banish her if she continues. Despite this opposition, Lin Yue remains determined to prove that progress benefits everyone. Her resolve is tested when a catastrophic flood strikes the village, causing landslides and destroying homes. Lin Yue uses her knowledge of emergency response to organize evacuations and build sandbag barriers, earning the respect of even those who previously doubted her. The patriarch himself begins to reconsider his stance.

After the flood, a wealthy merchant named Su Yichen arrives offering supplies and aid. He appears generous and refined, but Lin Yue grows suspicious when strange incidents begin occurring in the village—belongings go missing and shadowy figures are seen at night. She discovers that the thefts target only those who interacted closely with Su Yichen during his relief efforts. Using modern deductive reasoning, Lin Yue sneaks into his residence and finds an ancient map and a journal revealing that Su Yichen is actually a treasure hunter who came to the village seeking a legendary hidden treasure. The thefts were a diversion to cover his search.

When Lin Yue attempts to confront Su Yichen, she is captured and taken to a cave where he threatens to harm her and the villagers unless she reveals the treasure location. She refuses to cooperate and endures torture without yielding. Zhao Yu, having discovered her disappearance, rallies the villagers and launches a rescue mission. A fierce battle erupts in the cave. Su Yichen takes Lin Yue hostage with a dagger at her throat, but she breaks free, allowing Zhao Yu to subdue the treasure hunter and his men.

After the ordeal, the village fully accepts Lin Yue, and the patriarch personally apologizes for his earlier hostility. Lin Yue and Zhao Yu lead the reconstruction effort, introducing new livelihoods such as poultry farming and handmade crafts. Months later, with the village restored, Lin Yue and Zhao Yu set out on a journey to follow the mysterious map and uncover the truth about the ancient symbols and the legendary treasure, embarking on a new adventure together in the ancient world.
