Well, first, about this book being similar to other novels like BTTH...I guess sure.But I don't personally care that many books have similar premises as I'd rather have a well written "generic" novel rather than a poor written original. I mean at some level that's why you like a certain category of stories (ex. eastern fantasy, game novels, etc.). Because they share certain elements you enjoy.That said, there are some generic tropes in this category I don't care for that crop here. First, I don't care for interfamily fighting - it's just so stupid. And then I don't care when that ends up in blatantly stupid provocation that somehow the MC agrees to go along with. Just generic and dumb.But there also a few things I like. I like the MC's uncle who seems like a genuinely good guy. And then I like a couple of unique things about the MC's cheat. I like both his ability to improve/fix the flaws in a fighting art and I like his ability of precognition. Both elements are relatively uncommon and I wouldn't mind continuing to read this novel if it was chosen just to see how these abilities develop.

honestly? the story is quite interesting but having the author skip a lot of information mid-chapter or even leaving out whole chapters with vital information and then continuing like nothing happened is just annoying. I'm not sure if sth happened to him and that's why he dropped it maybe but it's no excuse for 100+ chapters and skipping vital information beginning from the first few chapters and even not uploading chapter 54 at all since January
I've read both this and My vampire system, there's obviously been... inspiration from the latter but to be honest this just has a better story. I MUCH prefer the characters in this novel, even the MC is better in my opinion and all the other characters just mix so well. When reading Vampire System it feels so unnatural at parts and the characters(including mc) seem so half baked to me, while this novel really improves upon that aspect. The ONLY criticism I can call out is the grammar and such, it's obvious English isn't the authors's first language but still fairly better than most out there and there's a clear improvement the further along the story goes. IDK if the author has dropped this or not but I VERY much hope he continues on this some day, I definitely recommend to read this.
Umm, I didn't read this story, but I read the synopsis, and I am so confused. Extremely confused. What was that? I just don't even know what to say, what is happening there? Everything is in one format and I don't know when the scene changes or what happens. It doesn't make me want to read the story, but it does leave me confused.
