Translation is subpar at best. Qi becomes Aura and then Qi again. Mc name's also change from Lin Tian to Lin Tianchao. Technics change name from Tigger collapsing fist to Lake collapsing fist. This is just in the few firsts chapter. It's the first time I see such a bad translation for a trial read.
Honestly disappointed that readers will not choose this and would choose a nationalism novel yuck gross the avg Chinese eng speaker is rising i think gross man

Overall it is readable, sadly there are many inconsistencies. Like it was established that Xuan(The MC) wasn't actually that much stronger than the second ranked player and rather always one because he fought with his brain and had ample preparations, yet somehow he completely trusts in a new technique and has no backup plan almost getting himself killed by someone with a fraction of his experience. Then there is the fact that such an experienced, smart individual despite knowing the location of a certain item ahead of time never found it in his previous account purely because it didn't have an aura, despite already knowing about upgradeable artifacts as his main weapon was one, he had zero reason not to have it yet he somehow didn't. I get it would be inconvenient to lose this artifact with the reset but it conflicts with his character. There are indeed more cases but you should get my point, to advance the plot the author made the MC inconsistent with his background setting which shows a lack of planning.
Anybody know this book name? In the first few chapters the mc wanted to sleep but he wakes up in his room or in his room in a mirror dimension /world where everything is rotten, corroded, creepy, there are no life or sounds of people. (he lives in an apartment in a city)After he looked out of his his window the surrounding building are rotten too and most thing are hidden in fog. After he leaves his room to search for food he meets with another human but before they got to exchange few lines the mc and the guy hear some sound. Guy got killed by an electric giantslug, after that mc fight and kill the slug with a knife /blade he got in the mirror world and ate the slugs core and gain a electric skill which gradually improves his body, and after this he got transported back to his room with his wounds and tattered clothes. He has a status screen /system.I think it was a Chinese novel translated on webnovel but I can't find it. Please share the novels name if you have it, thanks.
Really happy bout a new novel by my favorite Asian author but I have mixed feels bout that TL. Mentioning Demon's Diary but it's barely updated! One of the most popular series imo and not being put up to show it's true potential. This makes me insecure bout the TL even though the history and quality of GGP's works are high. How will time be split will one drop as the other get popular? Don't know anything about the story so but I'm optimistic. My 3stars are because of my mixed feeling due to the translators past (and ongoing) disappointments regarding upload of novels.
On chapter 5 the boars defense is 15 so it should defend against 150 damage . Sword intent+100 attack does 500 damage so dude could just one shot it with his sword but instead changes to bow?
it is a good novel. everything is good like story world background cultivation etc but the main problem for me is the romance part and mc personality. I heard that mc and his relationship with fmc will change drastically after 1000 chp later, so I am not going to read it anymore. mc personality is not that good either he was a killer in his past life, and now, this life, he was talking about morals like he didn't want to change hist with his foster mother so can you can understand she wasn't his real mother and he also knows that she loves him romantically but he didn't want to change his relationship with his mother because of morals that small thing ruined my mood completely
