This book does not live up to its high rating on NU. It reads like a poorly executed wish fulfillment story, marred by poor writing. The protagonist lacks depth and comes across as a one-dimensional, generic Japanese-style main character, despite being a Korean novel. The female leads are indistinguishable from one another, with their interest in the MC being shallow and their traits largely repetitive.
The world-building fails to engage, with unnecessary details overwhelming the reader. The translation quality is subpar, featuring numerous grammatical mistakes and awkward phrasing, indicating a lack of attention to detail during the editing process. Overall, the book falls short in multiple aspects.

I have a vague idea of the story but I honestly forget. And to top it off, there's only like 58 chapters.

The author throws you out there w/o any kind of info
There are no transitions between the story sometimes which makes it somewhat disoriented and hard to follow sometimes
Then there is the mc who I'd say isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed
IDK how to describe him. . . personally, he's just a huge ball of disappointment for me
Conclusion: not worth your time as this seems like a badly written wish fulfillment novel so far. . . but hey! if you have time and are looking for some fillers to wait for your fav novel to update, you can try it and see if this is your type.

However, one major drawback is the open-ended conclusion that feels unresolved. The author leaves readers with numerous dangling threads, suggesting they may have lost interest in tying up loose ends. Key plot points, such as the aftermath of the darkness, the fate of the uncle, and the characters' resolutions, remain unaddressed. The story simply ends without providing definitive conclusions for any character.
For instance, there's no clarification on how the MC deals with life without an arm, the Cheongsam man's journey, or the state of their world and the World Tree. Many unanswered questions leave readers unsatisfied.
This seems kinda dead ngl, but I still wanted to ask about the harem. I saw she's bisexual and marries a couple girls and one guy, but while I was looking through the authors page, I saw that the author said this becomes a pure yuri later on? Does the MC break up with the guy?
