the current novel finished its first arc, the lower realm. the 2nd arc is a carbon copy of another novel, the most generous master ever, down to the interaction and experiences of the MC, as well as his setting, so far.would I continue to read it? no. I'll wait for until the second realm he has ascended to faces calamity, maybe there is some different interactions there.quite disappointing to read two novels in one work, with the other one being a direct copy.
I'm leaving this review after paying for 10 chapters (chapter 60 to 70).The translation quality is great up until you have to pay for the chapters. After the chapters are premium the grammar goes into the dirt. The free chapters are a lure, after you start paying, the translator gets lazy as f***. You would think that the quality would get better since we as readers are paying for a product, but no they are just phishing. Seriously the TL can go get bent. Just because you go premium doesnt mean you can get lazy and drop the quality to bare minimum. Although maybe there are some dumb people who will accept it, how many readers are you alienating because of the blatant money grab? Literally the first paid chapter is so much more substandard than the free ones that it is jarring to read. It has turned a story I was thinking about paying to read into one that I am warning anyone and everyone into staying away from.Seriously stay away from this BS money grab, low class phishing scheme. I already wasted money by buying 10 chapters thinking the quality translation would continue. *Hint* It doesnt.

Very impressed with the author's ability to split scenes. The attention to detail with specific points in the story shows that the author is both learned and experienced in those types of details. I also appreciate the obvious research that went into mythology/folklore, as it makes the story that much more relatable. Special thanks to the author for the amazing read! I just started reading and somehow the story is good.. though there are a bit of clerical error and its quite understanding.
It'll be bs if the government really protected someone just because they're very rich just to offend the "greatest genius", more likely to believe if its a top powerful influential family, thats more like it.

As of chapter 44, "The Gamer's System" is akready leaps and bounds above most new novels. There's a large variety of reasons I say this, but firstly the grammer. It has decent grammer, and mistakes are at least consistent in what kind they are. The Synopsis is the only inaccurate thing in this novel. It says that Zeke, our MC for this novel, angered the gods, but that is false, it's not a 'revenge against the gods' type story. It's more of a 'MC is doing what the gods want?! How weird!' Kind of story. All in all it's good so far. I don't know how well this novel's realease actually is, as I only found it yesterday, but, if it is at least once per week, that would be fine.

An absolutely amazing novel and a breath of fresh air in this site, and should definitely be recommended and picked! The one star reviews are wrong!Here is why,The key is in the name, "My New Life As A Plant In A Cultivation World". This is a SLICE OF LIFE novel with a MONSTER/PLANT PROTAGONIST Setting.The author stays true to this till chapter 60. The novel is basically about the daily life of the mc, and his humorous interactions with all the side characters.And boy oh boy are the characters all fleshed out. Some people here complain that this novel is about the adventures of the white deer (the female protag as of yet) and the mc is just a side kick.Well guess what, that's what having ACTUAL REAL FLESHED OUT characters in a novel other than the mc is all about. The interaction of the mc with the deer, the golden eagle, the spider, and the long faced man give you a sense of immersiveness not found in most other webnovels here. The other seldom tells us viewer information with giant info dump but rather SHOWS them to the reader with nice little interactions of the characters and actual events that move the story forward.So you won't get a boring thesis of an info dump but rather actual scenes in the novel, relevant to the story. Many people read webnovels for instant gratification like crazy power up of the mc with a system, or some gimmick where the mc has to earn points and spend them to power up. These novels mostly fall into the trap where the system itself becomes the pivot of the story. Hence they turn into 'The adventures of a random system with his sidekick host.' Like 'I will add point sot all things, monster paradise etcetc'.This novel however, although having points and power ups does not fall into the same pitfall. The mc is a cultivation addict, however he spends most of the time in novel with other characters, hence nice interactions.It is not a one man show mc novel where he goes out-> slays enemies ->finds treasure->get points -> power up -> rinse and repeat.His intentions in the novel are to get more points, however the author's intention in the novel is to show the readers the hilarity that ensues with the mc and other characters in the mcs point earning endeavors. Did that make sense?All in all, this is not a cultivation suppa stonk mc novel where he constantly beats up enemies against all expectations. This is a Comedy, Slice of Life novel, with in depth character building with Xianxia/wuxia/xuanhaun/cultivation elements.First few chapters make it seem like a run of the mill point collecting cultivation system novel, however it is not. I think that's why this novel has some low rating with people feeling betrayed that this is not a run of the mill xianxia mc cliche novel with constant power ups.Keep reading, keep voting for it.
