So i've decided to write a review. Mostly because it is somewhat misunderstood by some people. And then they'll drop it, simply because they missed some small parts. I've read about 570+ chapters in raws. And i can tell you all that the translation is done very well, atleast i don't mind the small errors.Well time to begin with the actual important stuff.The start of this story is excellent, i loved it and it intrigued me. The scary feeling you get is exciting, and all the thinking and theory gets you hooked. In the start it takes itself slow, however builds up a very good "foundation" for some good lore for cultivation itself. Well to put it a bit more correct the start feels slow, however the arcs are pretty fast in itself. You don't feel the story drag something out, and it isn't to fast paced either. The scary feelings kinda wears off, however when you get to the arc where the Gate of pain is paid attention to the feelings of a scary atmosphere is brought back. So don't worry the horror feeling will be brought back eventually. The mc Lu Sheng is of course the typical transmigrated main character from another world, who somehow catches on to some system cheat power. Luckily the system Dark Blue isn't to op, it's however designed to assist the mc, and it does it very well, there are prices to be paid which gives a purpose for Lu Sheng to go out and explore. For those concerned, the mc will get a will get a wife so don't worry, and there is no polygamy.The world have plenty to explore due to the different cultivation systems, and different worlds. Lu Sheng will explore alot of these. When Lu Sheng travels to a new world, i guess you could say he gets a quest and he have to complete it to get back. In these different worlds the cultivation system is completely different so he can't do any ass pulls.Now i'm finished with that, i'll try to explain the whole thing with a misunderstanding people have which caused alot to quit because of it.Well the issue comes from the fact that at some point Lu Sheng begins ruthlessly killing, and alot of people thought it was unexplained and to ruthles. However i have to tell you guys that haven't read this novel yet that this is completely nonsense, it was actually well explained. Due to Lu Sheng practicing an incomplete art(black fury i think it was called) it was causing him some side effects like becoming more ruthless and hot tempered. He also became a battle freak because of this, basically he also fused a other art called (black tiger saber i think?) which made him more fierce. Well i think this was actually well character design for Lu Sheng at the time, because it illustrated issues in his personally due to his practice. People also had a issue when he "killed" some niece of a enemy, however she didn't actually die, she however almost died. Of course Lu Sheng doesn't really change that much through the story. In the later parts, you could say he is calm and cold he cares only about his family, he also likes fighting but he can keep his calm, he just likes to test his powers once in a while. Oh well this review is pretty terrible, but i hope i cleared up some concerns if any read this last part.
I caught up with the latest chapter. What I can say is,THIS IS GREAT!!!!.Although the story is cliche, a great cultivater that reincarnated BUT the story is fluid without any repeated face slap, boring competition with commentators that stupid. Some young master offended or getting killed or getting revenge by his/her clan. Some are repeatedly mention like word "monstrously genius" which kind of annoying BUT I can get by because the story is that GOOD.

i read 20 chaptersi don't know the cultivation system and i know nothing about the world exept it has at least 9 mountains where the sect is nothing more.translation is rather bad. example he finished foundation realm over night but it says he joined the sect over night as chapter titleupdate stability: hard to rate because only trial readcharacter design: don't really know anything about the charakters except mc has a login system where he get things every day and he doesn't want to do anything except sitting in his cave and cultivate. no backround info no real emotions no ambitions.every fight is someone tries to attack him and he attacks back 1 time with his fist, booooom enemy deadall in all its a bland story
All in all it's a fun read. Not original, fast paced, MC is likable. If you like this kind of stories, OP cultivator in modern world delivering "justice

The story is sooo repetitive, always the same schema. 1st there is a problem, 2nd there is MC which everyone thinks of as an incapable fraud who cannot solve the problem, 3rd MC enrages the others even more, 4th MC slaps faces of enraged people by cheating with his library to solve the problem. Repeat this several times with different characters, settings and occupations, that's all till chapter 270...Characters are really shallow, even the MC lacks personality. He has a greedy personality, likes to slap faces and loves to teach his students. Other than that he lacks natural talent and is only omnipotent because of his cheating library, which is kinda sad. That's basically all you can say about him and no real characterdevelopment happened so far. The characters capabilities grow, but only because of his cheatcode and not because of experiences.The world and characters/animals lack descriptions. Often new characters/beasts and so on are only introduced with 1-2 sentences, so it's hard to get to love those faceless characters and plain settings.Certain parts of the story are lacking any logic. Sometimes the omnipotent MC deduces things so detailed, that I wonder why the surrounding characters didn't straight away burn him on the stakes because of witchcraft, but they just accept it with pale faces... Other times the timeline is totally messed up. Until chapter 270, 20 days passed and in this time he read millions of books, but if you run some numbers with #books read and time needed to flip a book, there is no way that could be right.TLDR: repetitive story with shallow characters/world and illogical parts.
