Quite a lot of such novels recently in trial reads.If you're looking for solid apocalyptic novel, check out Dark Blood Age. It's honestly probably the best one I've stumbled on ever since I have started reading eastern novels (ever since when the only english translations were on spcnet tv forum). Starts quite normal but really gets more in depth later on (author is already giving foreshadowing in first chapters when MC says e.g. "I have a feeling I will return there") and makes one think a lot about life and reality in general. It's super tragic as well, not even just for MC and those he holds dear but even all alien races including those that fought him. Let me cut the spoilers here. Just read Dark Blood Age and if you decide to drop it after hundreds of chapters, make sure to fill yourself with spoilers (there were discussion on novelupdates forum).Another solid kind of apocalyptic novel is Fantasy Simulator. It starts really weak, I dropped it two times, but later returned and it really picks up later on. The plot twist and arc conclusion is something super unexpected, you'll never see in any other novel. Amazing experience. After that the novel kinda falls out again but it's worth to read up to that plot twist at least:)
A great story truly. A character who isnt born with some cheat type system or innate talent with a normal background this is the type of story that is rarely seen in webnovel and as for the world background its very complex and the story shows you the dark side of human psycology instead of the all hero and all good stories where the protoganist is as pure as an angel. The only Con is its updating speed is getting a lot slower as the author has to focus his time on his main novel.

Aaa, this story is so great I don't even know where to start. The whole thing is sweet and touching and packed full of lively, vibrant characters and intertwined stories. Once I started reading I ended up skipping the ongoing stories I read just so I could binge on this one. A fantastic piece of art!

Also, I tried looking for the chinese novel online but it seems this is an original published a few days ago as a book? There is a kindle version for very cheap on amazon. Right so I hate this novel. I don't know how it got picked here or how it was chosen but I hated reading this. You see I have an instinct in reading, when it' a good one i won't notice the hours go by and am usually absorbed in reading but when i read this it was like a chore. Some novels that are stretched too long usually gives me that feeling but this damn novel gave me that feeling and iv'e only read 40 chapters of this s#it. I have some controversial opinions like not liking the books made by IET, i mean they're refreshing the first maybe hundred chapters but by the 800's is goddamn exhausting to read and this piece of S#it gave that feeling just after 40 F#cking chapters! In F#cking conclusion i hope this novel burns in hell and i don't recommend this S#it at all! Thank you for reading my S#it review of my goddamn honest opinion. See ya.
