Whisper
I am just reading this and I like it. I hope she finds peace
I read the latest chapters and if my guess it correct, this nice story is going to turn into the same old stories many write. Why even try to separate them after every that they've gone through? I guess I'm going to stop reading it if that's where this story is going.
Merry Christmas dear readers!
Didn’t finish the story…I like my HEA’s a little shorter so I stopped where I thought the author should. But up until my line, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I like Corinne’s argumentative style. Grammar is pretty good for this app and only small continuity issues
Okay so let me just say this: the plot setup in these chapters is genuinely clever. Zeng Yan doesn't just wake up in the 1960s with a magic space—she loses EVERYTHING modern first. Her bank accounts, her properties, her stocks, all gone. The system basically says 'here's a livestream room, deal with it.' That's not lazy writing, that's deliberate stakes-setting. She's not a god-mode protagonist; she's a starving girl with a secret camera and a fridge full of Ejiao samples. And then the plot pivots from survival to strategy. She figures out the space has cameras that can see outside, realizes she can become a food blogger again, and starts planning to sell 1960s organic food to modern buyers. That's a solid second-act engine. The author isn't just doing 'transmigrate and survive'—there's a business arc building underneath. But the real plot fireworks happen at the end with the grandmother. Hu Sifeng bursts in with her daughter and grandson, all three looking like they came to loot the hospital cafeteria. The niece grabs milk powder without asking, the nephew chokes on it. And Zeng Yan? She tests the IV pole's firmness. 'Corruption and waste are great crimes!' she declares. I literally laughed out loud. The plot went from quiet hospital recovery to full-on confrontation in one chapter, and it worked. The only thing I'd question is whether the gold mine being shut down feels like a convenient plot device to close off Zeng Yan's escape route. But I guess that's the point—she's trapped in the countryside, which makes the livestream business her only way out. So it's not bad plotting, just efficient plotting.
Really good but would have liked a better ending
The plot is incredibly inconsistent. Many events seem to be added just for excitement, disregarding the core premise of the story. While there are some enjoyable moments, the narrative falls apart if you give it any serious thought. The only believable reactions come from her children; everyone else seems to be following a scripted agenda.
Didnt think someone would recognize GT here!
Wich was already a bad version of everyone is a returnee
So basically all wuxia novels huh
bro the ending could have 75 chapter by itself but it only took up a3-5
I enjoy the story but the sentence structure not so much
