I don't think it is a copy of the old one. This reads like a reviewed and changed version. Like the next step in refining a book before release.MC is just as stupid as before. If the system can plan elaborately and even plan years ahead to heal MCs finance, then the system can plan more than 24 hours ahead to ensure MC accomplishes his goals with as little obstruction as possible.Trouble is MC just doesn't ask the right questions and every problem is solved deux ex machina by the system. This means that every problem and trouble the MC encounters is because he doesn't ask the right questions.It is almost impossible to write a good story if at every turn the readers feal cheated because the only reason suspense happens in the book is the hand of the author.Even the most stupid person would have asked "How can I live happily with my wife while ensuring everyone who wronged us gets what they deserve? " after a few years. And the MC had enough time to ask every question imaginable in prison.Also, why didn't he just ask to be released earlier? Don't tell me the system can't get him a cellphone into prison. A single call was all he needed to get a pardon. This is how the American prison system works.He could have build an empire from prison, with scores of researchers trying to find a cure for his fiance.This story only works because the author keeps the MC stupid to the extreme.
just found this book very much intrested in this book after reading the synopsis and the important announcnent part where the main character is not a simple or simply beta mc which are expected but let's see what the novel has to offer us .. I have never known such a funny and cool building system book before, I find it really amusing how Ye Chan and Ran Xuan interact. this book is a lot of fun.
When you first start reading it , the story looks as if it will go the same route as the cliche sign in novels. But surprisingly, it doesn't.MC doesn't get OP at the start of the novel and there is no time skip of him doing the same thing everyday for 10 or 100 years. MC has the cheat of getting reward for doing his job i.e. Appraisal of treasures at a pawnshop. But to not make this too overpowered, the author has put the restriction of baleful aura, if the MC tries to appraise a treasure that is out of his league or has a powerful ghost attached to it, he'll die. In other sign-in or job-reward novels, the MC try to act super low-key and are trash in other people's eyes and hide themselves before doing anything with their power. But here the MC shows his power just enough to be labelled as a genius and get access to appraise more treasures. Smart move if I say so.The world-building is great too, even though the MC doesn't go outside that often, his cheat allows him to see the history of the treasure that comes to the shop to be appraised and he is somehow involved in it.If one notices carefully, the origin of his power being suspicious can also be seen, hints such as him thinking of the pill even though he can't afford it and wondering why is he doing that, when he says he doesn't understand alchemy, a reward is given so that he gets the basics, this isn't plot armor as we read it carefully.He doesn't passively get beaten up or let someone take his life. Active and not overly dependant on his cheat. A really good novel so far.
I really like this plot but, I myself knew that it would at the very least take hundreds or at most a thousand of chapters before he will get to be called by those title of hid like "Apex Cultivator".

First, I want to said that as a new writer, I am really proud of my novel.Even though my English language is not really good, this book own the best of me.
Second,I am a fan of wuxia, xianxia and the rest of Chinese fantasy novels and because of that, I have decide to write my own novel.
Now, let's talk about the novel. Just like others wuxia or xianxia novel, my novel also will own young masters and face slapping but.....my novel will be a little different compare to others Xianxia and Wuxia novel because this novel won't have any harem and the main character of my novel also will be a coldblooded person who won't care about anyone else and will killed them if they harm his family.
My MC also only have one bloodline and one special physique,not like other mc in Xianxia and Wuxia novel who own a lot of bloodlines and special physiques.
Other than that, my mc also will use spear as his main weapon and maybe in the future he will have a second weapon as his secondary weapons but.. .who knows?

I only made it a few chapters in. The translation quality or the story itself was terrible.
The events and conversations were horribly stilted. Someone else might like it, but I just couldn't get into it. Events happening suddenly and then gone the next with confusing conversations.
Not for me.
Loved the story's background and setting as well as the characters I read. The author has a vivid imagination and has created a world for us to enjoy! Great Job!
One of the most worse book I have ever read in my life ….. eww disgusting … How can you have permission to even put it on the side platform ?!!
This is a pretty mid novel but it also feels shockingly short. In hindsight it felt like I read 5 chapters instead of the 19 I read. I've experienced novels that feel really short with nothing happening but this is beyond all of them. So far 2 things have happened. MCs wedding gone wrong and then one conversation with some mob character. Crazy stuff.
There's nothing unique or particularly enjoyable about this novel, I'm struggling to find any redeeming qualities apart from "well it isn't trash" and the fact that it has a decent translation.
The relationship between the ML and FL is really uninteresting, tedious and sometimes just vexing to read. The MC is incredibly unlikable when he's around her or just thinking/talking about her (from before he even met her). He's pretty decent otherwise and actually kinda entertaining, if the author makes him more likeable he could probably carry this series on his own. Even though I'm critical (almost excessively) about this novel I do think it has potential as a decent comedy and I can only hope it doesn't get squandered too badly. 2.5/5
I've read every trial novel this week with the exception of Pet Simulator (i hate the taming novels) and so far almost single pick has been bearable, Maximum Comprehension being the one shabby novel. Good job Webnovel.
