Snappy writing with a plethora of characters with different specialties makes this an enjoyable read. Compared to many others, this has no padding and chapters are long in comparison.
So far it's a bit rushed and some parts of the story don't make sense, but it seems to me that this novel has good potential (especially as the author gains more experience), which, together with an author who seems to know how to receive and filter criticism well, makes me think that it might not take long for him to gain experience and that he probably won't abandon this work (at least not anytime soon). In any case, it's not a waste of time to read (even with some of those exaggerated and sometimes somewhat forced Chinese cliches) and I believe that with the addition of chapters it might be something worth adding to your library and reading over time (it's up to you). Despite everything, my meter is closer to decent (for now).

It seems like this novel has a lot of potential but there are too few chapters rn.Will need to read more chapters to be sure of this novel's quality, but for now, it seems quite good, a bit slow paced while fleshing out all the characters.
Any of you expecting a Didler part to pop up at some point in the novel or ist just me? Any I regards to the story love the start so far even the song and charcters seem to have a reason behind them even the ones scarifiesed RIP JT
