I read this when it first went on hiatus but I don't remember much other than I liked it. Now i see some new chapters, and well, I've been hurt before, but im a s*ck*r for punishment. Time to start reading from the begining and hope more chapters come out before I reach then end.

Yeah first 20 chapters are mainly just introducing us to world. In my opinion it's really great how the world is built and how it take time and a slow paced but still very fast story like in a chapter he is just chatting with a friend but suddenly in next chapter he is fighting against whole world it's very unpredictable.
This novel is not about just telling a story but it's about explain everything and taking you into the world itself but the thing is it's not for everyone
It has a different taste and many people won't like it. It take patience to enjoy this one and yeah for those who just started reading novels and are new to novels i definitely won't recommend this
And bro if you don't like it after reading 25 or so chapters then i suggest
drop it ( i can recommend another if you tell me your taste)
It's a good story with good promise. But you need to work on your English or get a translator.
Can I read this even if the sequel is incompleted? Like does this story end on a major cliffhanger ?
This Dark Forest Arc is very convoluted. Too many coincidences makes tiring to read
It is a well written novel with obvious planning, however, it has a tragic tone and a sense of isolation /loneliness that brought me mild depression to read. It speaks to how good the novel is at what it was set out to do, and that is also the reason why I can't continue reading it.
