cons1-the mc doesn't have any ambition when it comes to his personal power he is more of a teacher and scientist than a cultivator. As mentioned by author himself he is weaker than people his own level but his students become stronger way faster thanks to his teaching.so if you are looking for a super ambitious and tryhard mc I recommend against reading this plus the first 10 chapters are a slow burn and frustrating to read but after that 10 chapters which is more like a prologue it will become better.2- taking into consideration the quality of this book the world building is severely lacking we don't know about the cities that mc visit like population, culture, architecture.....no direction such as east, west.... no sense of distance, no means of transportation, geographical clearance, no language barrier btw different places almost everything is left to reader's imagination.
this book is good, but the translation is trash, the novel is about a chinese man in china taking the national high school exam, his name is lin yi, the chinese exam is different from the SAT ( SAT is MCQ) but the translator trying so hard to make it seem american, which ruined the story completely.

It's a good book tbh. I like how the vampires had lost their healing abilities and the academy. The writing style of the author is good and the character development is amazing. The feelings of the characters needs to be explained a little more but yeah... looking forward to see how the story goes on. Good Luck Author
poor writing quality. no use of any complex writing techniques, poor syntax, grammar and occasionally spelling. MC character is fairly unrelateable, and has little to no personal growth over time. he simply changes like a flipped switch with no build up or personal growth. the main redeeming feature is the basic premise of the world and it's new rules. reading it during it's free period, but anglophones should not spend any coins on the english version unless the author hires a good translator to correct his mistakes, and goes into more detail regarding his MC, his thoughts, and his emotional state.
Still a copycat novel of sign-in novels, but it's done better than most. I have no complaints, the reading is nice and smooth, the background is great, character development is great, and the scenarios are interesting. Definitely worthy of a read.
There is still soon for a review, after all only 3 chapters are published but the only words I have for the author is to keep patient and write at his own pace,

Giving myself a shameless review guys but I just hope that all readers love this story... BTW this is a mtl Novel I found and just translated it cuz I liked it and want others to find this gem book........ So if u enjoy add to library and continue reading... After 50 chapter I will slow down to 2 chapter per day guys
I see a lot of potential here just after reading the first couple chapters. The unique way the dialogue is written is very attention grabbing. It's not what most authors do, and I think its an excellent style that is very similar to movie scripts which really helps push your imagination. I hope the author will continue leaning into that!The world is also VERY interesting and EXTREMELY unique, but in my opinion more time needs to be spent easing us into it. Its very jarring to go from one idea or concept to another with so little time in between. As a reader I like more time to invest in an interesting concept and having so many interesting concepts thrown at me one right after the other is very overwhelming.
