This book is really dumb, the MC gains the ability to just change people's choices on things but we don't actually get to see the choices. The book will talk about how "number 1 is bad and number 3 is the best option" but it never tells you what those options are so it's super frustrating to read
what did i just read? there was no system no cultivation no monsters no time travel or traveling to a different world and it was good. not normal good but good to the point i wonder if webnovel had a little accident and put it up by mistake. after the last few options, they gave us it feels unnatural for it to be this good.

I thought its a doctor/nurse helping patients with system cause the title is medical system, guess Im wrong. Its about evolution or something like that. And why is the title "Medical System" when the system is not??

I keep it short and simple:- most interesting/best non-human MC I have ever seen- no plot holes found until now- excellent worldbuilding (direct and background)- consistent daily updates (even with bonus chapters)- well thought out power system that gives the author much room for creativity in fights- every major character is more then enough fleshed out to care aboutin conclusion: pls read this if you haven't yet
are chapters with 18+ stuff labeled because I want to read this but won't to avoid 18+ stuffbecause I find that stuff to be a bit gross sorry
The MC is literally the most useless MC I have read so far, and I have read a lot of novels and webnovels. This is even with the knowledge that there is a novel in WebNovel where the MC is a literal wooden stick. He is touted to be the biggest genius since the inception of the universe, and is already at the limit of the universe when it comes to knowledge about crafting(other than a literal god). However, he gets toyed around by literal thugs from some tiny family of a speck of dust of a country that isn't even fully in control of itself. Literally ever one of his enemies progress faster than him. And by this mean while the MC prgressed 1 level, literally everyone else went up at least 3-5 levels. Everyone around the MC has to suffer because of his stupidity, and the only reason the MC is fine is because his plot armor is thicker than the entire WebNovel catalogue.

I don't give 5 stars but some idiots lowered the rating by giving 1 star without even reading the story. Let me tell you all that this story is OG. It was published at around same time as Sign In Buddha Palm, The initiator of the Sign in Trope. And this is written much better than anything else. Man!!! This is a wild ride! I can see such world building and detailed writing reach 2000+ chapters if continued properly. I also like the comedy here and there and the feeling of the characters having their own personalities being portrayed during exchanges.I could feel myself reading Lord of the Rings or Game of Thrones again.Nice job!!!
