Aahh, the English translated version only went up to chapter 6, but I was immediately hooked!! Yeah, it was really fun to read!!

Lee Seo Jun, the main character, was super cute—

However, there are some obvious issues that can disrupt the reading experience. The translation is inconsistent. Pronouns are misused, movie titles vary from chapter to chapter, names are occasionally incorrect, and some sentences are confusing. While these problems don’t appear in every chapter, they can be jarring when they do. Be prepared to reread certain sentences to understand them. It’s unfortunate that such a captivating story is marred by these issues. The grade I gave reflects only the quality of the story itself.

Finally! I was getting tired of all the other stories. Every time I look, it’s either a romance with a villainess or someone who reincarnated. If not those, it's a novel with magic and adventure that has leveling systems.

This is truly a breath of fresh air. I really love a powerful main character, and this novel delivers. Thanks a lot for this.

In short, if you like showbiz and a talented and charismatic main character, you're going to miss a lot if you don't read it!!

However, there are a few points I need to mention before you pile up too many expectations:

Translation Quality: 3/5

I am very grateful to the translation team for bringing this beautiful story to us and for the quick releases, but I have to say that the translation quality could really use some improvement. The pronouns are all over the place, and the conversations are sometimes really confusing, making me read them multiple times to understand. It gets a little better in the later parts, but you have to be able to endure it if you want to read this gem.

Pacing: Slow

If you saw the title and thought it would be an idol story with just a brief prologue about the main character's childhood or past, then you're wrong—very wrong. This is a detailed tale of life from the moment the MC was born to his successful career, probably. It's slow (as you can see, the novel is still ongoing at 600+ chapters), but don't worry, it's sweet and entertaining!

There are going to be a lot of baby chapters, then a little time skip, and he's only 5 years old. By the time I read this, he's still in an early period of his life (a 7/8-year-old kid in chapter 72).

What I love about this story is not only his superstar career path, but the MC's daily life and **spoiler**: his past lives' stories are also relaxing if you read it without too many expectations.

Additionally, I suggest reading this after more chapters are out because waiting by the cliff is not fun at all TvT.

There's not much to say about the main characters. He's... hmm, how do I say it without revealing too much?

I love Seojun as the protagonist of the story and worry for him but can't really sympathize with him because **spoiler**: he's much too young. He has led many lives, but his memories are sealed and only come out bit by bit when he needs them, so he's still a child, both in mind and body (still love him. He's too cute!!!). And he's OP as hell (which is a good thing, so he won't be hurt). It's still early, probably. Well, I enjoyed his bright and positive attitude and look forward to his character development!

The other characters are nice, not too standout but not too bland either. They all have some sort of quirk that makes them interesting. Too bad their screen time is a little short.

**spoiler**: I wish he would have a friend or rival. All the characters he has met so far are much older than him, so even though they are coworkers, they still treat him preciously. And I like that, but I wish he would also have a friend his age later. Well, he's still too young.

Story/Plot: 4.5/5

As I said before, the daily life aspects make this story precious. His superstar career is still the most anticipated, but his other lives **spoiler**: that come out every time he picks a skill for the first time, also work wonders like a side story.

And above all, the plots of the movies or stories depicted in this novel are really good! I would also be interested in seeing such movies.

Seeing as this is still ongoing, I have high expectations for this story, so I'm going to add more and give this a 5⭐.

This is definitely a great aspect of the story. I appreciate how the main character (MC) acquires all his "cheats" or powers from his past lives, rather than through stealing or copying them. Each of his "cheats" comes with a unique backstory from a different life, and the way these memories affect him emotionally, sometimes pulling him back into deep reflection, really makes me love this narrative.

There's no villain, barely any character development, but there's a lot of wholesomeness and power. You just enjoy the slice-of-life of an overpowered main character. There's no frustration, no annoying antagonist. If I were to describe it, it’s a retirement slice-of-life where he has already done the hard work and is now enjoying his life. While some might find it too bland, I really like it. Each arc has an interesting script! I read for his decision-making and his journey. If you enjoy this type of story, you will likely enjoy "Superstar of Tomorrow" as well.

The plot is decent, sometimes exciting, sometimes dull. The author has a knack for storytelling, though occasionally fails to surprise the reader, leading to moments of boredom. For me, this isn't ideal for marathon reading. Perhaps because it's the story of a superstar from birth, the narrative can drag at certain points. Exciting elements are often repetitive. The overly powerful main character (MC) can make the story feel a bit bland at times.

Seo-Joon, the MC, comes across as a Gary Stu. His passion for acting is intense, and while I enjoyed his friendship with Lee Jiseok, among others, I’ve noticed that his works seem primarily focused on the domestic (Korean) market. In my opinion, a true superstar should have a global presence, with projects from various countries, making their fan base more international. This might change as the story progresses, but as of the last chapter I read (Chapter 585), Seo-Joon had just entered college, so his career was still mostly domestic.

I’m not satisfied with the repetitive rhythm of the story, which lacks scandals, antagonistic fans, or strong competitors. Sometimes, it feels like the MC is frequently exploited by the producers of variety shows, which makes me uncomfortable. The media coverage of Seo-Joon is often exaggerated and overblown. His frequent appearances on television, especially variety shows, seem excessive and potentially detrimental to his image as an actor. I wonder if audiences might grow tired of seeing Seo-Joon everywhere.

The story is enjoyable, a relaxing slice of life. It lacks any emotionally distressing drama, making it perfect for those who enjoy a satisfying, overpowered protagonist narrative with the occasional laugh. The author excels at vivid descriptions.

I immediately got hooked on this one! If you enjoy a slice of life story with a twist of a baby using his past life skills, then you should definitely give this a try!

You should try reading this too! Even though the ratings are currently quite low, you won't regret giving it a shot. The translations are generally good, but there are occasional grammatical mistakes, which is pretty common.

I can't believe I managed to finish reading all 1213 chapters of this ?. It was a fun ride from the start, especially since it's more of a "perfect life" or "Mary Sue" style of novel. The ups and downs are really only present in the movies and dramas that Lee Seojun acted in. Otherwise, it's a great novel to read, but it's better to take breaks between arcs because the storyline can get repetitive if you binge through all 1213 chapters. Otherwise, it might start feeling tedious to continue.

But it's a feel-good, smooth-sailing life for Lee Seojun, and the movies and dramas he acted in are really interesting! I found myself more invested in the fictional productions than the main storyline ?

Each part is funny and quite wholesome, especially the first sections. You might find yourself saying 'aww' while reading this.

The only thing I could point out is that everything seems to go too smoothly for him. There are no significant life trials. Every decision he makes goes off without a hitch. No one hates or dislikes him; well, there are those who underestimate him, but that's understandable.
