A flawed but fairly decent novel. This has a bit of potential. As of CH 19:

-Decent Cheat
-Generic Protagonist
-Decent translation quality
-An actual story
-Unremarkable worldbuilding
-Somewhat confusing power system, not enough has been explained, I've got no idea what the protagonists current realm signifies.

Despite my seemingly harsh evaluation above, I still think this is a very strong novel (for a trial read at webnovel). 3.75/5

Got boring fast. Don't get me wrong, it was interesting at first, but then he found the perfect cultivation methods, obtained a spiritual bone, and upgraded his talent to high. Now what?

translating quality is okay for the first 230 chapters but after that translation becomes inconsistent. either a change of translator or a laziness to change and conform to the former terms. quality can be said to be dropped since more sentence mistakes were made also after. world background is interesting. if quality further drops will be dropping this.

It's alright. Very dull and uninspired but doesn't really have any actual negatives, but not any real positives either.
The 'cheat' or 'talent' gets almost completely phased out after the first 20 chapters or so and only comes up once every 50 chapters or something.
WARNING to readers, 242 chapters are very well translated but C243 is taken over by the killer of novels 549 who cannot translate properly so it's not worth reading anymore at that point.
Typical WN.
If you pay for this beyond 242 you're an idiot.

An average novel, no innovation and more of the same. The author could have explored more the cultivation of techniques in an unusual or absurd way and put some comedy.
The special talent is forgotten with time and practically only appears later as a tool to identify items.

Around chapter 230 the translator abandons it and turns it into an MTL translation and ends up killing the novel once and for all

It’s a decent novel but it uses overly complicated terminology that turns a good novel into one that’s about as interesting as casually reading a dictionary.
