Looks good enough to give a read.  Hoping my brain cells would not die.

interesting concept but mc is so boring that it hurts.. he doesn't want to fight or even learn fighting and thinks he can just stay peaceful and cultivate

isn't this just a rip off of Library of Heaven's Path? seems like it could be interesting but as of now it's highly flawed and no real reason for many things

Well, this is so messed up. You see, Mc is a fool, yup he is a fool. Who saves other people when one's life is on stake. Huh? He is a reincarnated person and yet so foolish to not save himself but someone else when he knew he could just revenge him in the future. So much plot armor, it's disgusting that I wasted my time on this sh** (•_•) No Romance, I ain't interested

It is a decent story but the translator ether quit or changed changing the names and level Designation witch is a big taboo as far as I am concerned

Starts good but ultimately gets dragged down by pacing issues. The is likeable -- he's intelligent and mature enough to evaluate relationships and make smart decisions (which is something I really enjoyed). He's also humane. However, his cultivation progress feels slow after a certain point because the author doesn't simply time skip past the uninteresting bits. Other authors throw one interesting challenge after another at the MC, while this one falls victim to common pacing traps like an endless tournament arc and slow, step-by-step cultivation. Some people might like it but more people are going to lose interest and drop out of the story due to a lack of engagement. The reader doesn't need to know what the MC ate for breakfast.
