I highly doubt it was because you said something negative. If you read the rules it's only if you insult the author or the work it will get deleted. Not if you just say you don't like something about the work. You likely insulted either the author or the work even if unintentionally. Since the comment right below yours is negative about the novel and haven't been deleted for a month.
