Chen De was arrested by police officer Shen Huai after Wen Quhua exposed his crimes including attempting to knock her into water, attempted murder, inciting trouble, and obstructing Yang Qin's future. Yang Qin had found evidence at Lishan despite Chen De's efforts to cover his tracks.
