The main antagonist in the opening chapters, heir of the Zhou family, one of the Four Influential Families of Shuguang City. He is an A+ rank mutated Lightning-type ability user, described as polite, gentle, refined, and noble in appearance. He orchestrated the ambush on Qi Du out of jealousy and fear that Qi Du would become too powerful. He revealed that his Zhou family was responsible for killing Qi Du's parents. He was killed by Qi Du using his Air-type ability, which crushed Zhou Qianheng's body until his flesh was mangled beyond recognition.
