Also known as President Zhou, a Class-S operative from the Metaphysical Society who appears as a small boy of about seven or eight years old with a mature, raspy adult voice. He once vowed never to leave City B after being chased by two other Class-S operatives, but broke his vow to visit the Paranormal Incident Management Department. He has spies within the department and a mocking, cynical outlook, believing the world is doomed.
