A eunuch from the palace who delivered the imperial decree to Yunzhi. He was dismissive towards Yuncheng, treating him like a servant. He knew about the emperor's temper and refrained from forcing Yunzhi to kneel when receiving the decree. He addressed Yunzhi as Regent's Wife when handing her the imperial decree of marriage.
