County Magistrate, a young man wearing an official's robe who led yamen runners with torches for disaster relief. He is the grandson of Elder Zhao (who passed away the year before last). He knew the Zhan brothers since childhood and addressed Zhan Nanxing as brother. He is described as an upright but overly inquisitive and chatty person.
